Urbanización tranquila para desconectar . Limpia y jardines muy cuidados . La seguridad del complejo excelente . El campo de golf está estupendo . Hay un Supermecado y un bar para comer y tomar algo . Esta cerca de la autovía pasa visitar los puntos turísticos más destacados . Recomendable

On arrival wa s told only just taken over this apartment ( advertised as awesome golf apartment ). Was told due to flooding golf course shut till 2020, good for a golfing holiday. Was also told due to flooding a digger will be picking sand / soil up every ten minutes out side below balcony 20 meters away. Could'nt use balcony for weeks due to dust. Had to get key holder back to clean rooms ( after paying 70 euro for final clean ) then before using pots pans and all crockery we had to wash them all up. Had to buy smelly stuff to mask smell of toilet drain for four weeks. Apparently this is normal. When i spoke to the key holder i was told i am only the key holder. I got in touch with Novasol eventually and asked for some one to visit. was told that office is in Madrid 4 hrs away. Sent them full e-mail with problems and was told it has too be within 48 hrs. And it was. Got onto main offices and was given a 5 % reduction on next booking. Then due to further flooding and rain we couldnt get out of the block. Never ever will i use anythng that says novasol again. Had i been told the course was closed and had been flooded twice i would not have booked. Dear Novasol if you think i am being unfair please contact me.…

Lovely peaceful complex, a great place to chill out and relax. Plenty of pools with plenty of space. Forget early morning queues with towels for sunbeds. Don't play golf so can't comment on the course other than it was designed by Jack Nicklaus. Only downside is the only Bar on site is poor. Visited a couple of times now and still hasn't improved. My father with over 50 year's in the licensing trade puts the terrible draft beer and lager, down to the pipes not being cleaned. Which would explain the shortage of customers there. Bottled drinks are available, but the draught beers are undrinkable. Nearest watering holes are in Balsicas and Roldan. Tipsy's Bar offer a free lift to and from the bar as long as you buy a meal. The drinks and food are excellent and all football games are shown. Spanglish bar has a lovely pint, and the Sunday roast is superb and highly recommended.…

If you like it quiet, then this the place for you. There is a Bar/restaurant(which is excellent) and a well stocked grocery store and that's it. There are plenty of places to eat in nearby Roldan and Balsicas. Each set of apartments has their own swimming pool. The grounds as you would expect for a golf resort are well kept, it is also fully enclosed and it has it's own security guards. Entry and exit is through a manned gatehouse.
