The extremely friendly staff made the visit a very memorable one, from the welcoming front desk, to the restaurant and drivers, everyone had a smile and a warm conversation. Hotel is beautiful inside, clean and fresh with a modern feel. Bed is comfy and huge! lovely scent in the room with a yummy selection of food treats. Super location makes walking everywhere easy. This is luxury with affordability, real value for money. The staff are the super stars combined with delightful ambience and also an environmentally friendly no once of plastic pits this hotel firmly into the I’ll be back again (hopefully one day) category.

Hotel nice but it is not one for holidays as they hold conferences here so we were unlucky that during our time here we were disturbed. Their focus was on the people attending the conference. During breakfast the whole dining room was set up for the conference and they allowed smoking where they shouldn’t be. The noise level from the music from the bar also went on beyond midnight. Unfortunately our room facing the sea also had bars which played music until one o’clock in the morning and one had the constant noise of traffic.

This hotel was giving good service , room was clean and comfortable , nice hotel to stay in Senggigi, location is good, easy to go anywhere , close to the beach , many taxi in the front . Only negative was no include breakfast and room size quite small .

I went to Lombok for business trip, my team booked me a 5 stars hotel here in Senggigi. The hotel is actually okay, but i just dont feel it, so i browse around and find Aruna Senggigi. I called and instantly booked for 2 nights. Aruna is a very nice hotel, it’s build between seashore and a hill, so i can get both views — which is lovely. Their service is exceptionally good. They decorated my room with personalized messages and pictures — even they print out my dog pictures too. It was a very thoughtful surprise. The staffs are great and friendly. Very sincerely helpful. I am definitely coming back.

I've picked Aruna Senggigi Hotel because i saw the advertisement from Instagram, with price under one million rupiah, you got a bright warm ambience lighting, clean room with cute elephant decoration from towel, and most importantly, cold and quiet air conditioner (haha). For breakfast, they have a widely range of food to select, from Indonesian cuisine to western style breakfast. The Staff in Aruna is super friendly and nice, they'll give you recommendation on what to buy and eat in Lombok. Looking forward to our visit there next time!
