Do not be fooled by the location: this former ceramics factory may look off-putting from the outside but inside it's a real gem. This charming hotel has 10 rooms and was designed by someone with a real eye for detail and comfort. Rooms have sloping wood-panelled ceilings, trendy polished concrete floors and large bathrooms. The kettle and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities are not too common in Italy. Touches of its past life appear as colourful dishes on the wall behind the reception desk and a small showroom packed with ceramic products (on sale). Absolutely spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were absolutely delightful, providing lots of useful info about the location and nearby eateries. Can't wait to return!

Having being lucky enough to find this hotel last year, we were fortunate enough to be in a location to allow us to stay again this year. As was the case last year the welcome and stay was second to none. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spotlessly clean with mini bar and kettle, breakfast choices were good. Secure free garage parking for motorcycles. As the owner of the hotel is a fellow biker he took great interest with ourselves as to what routes we had travelled and suggested that we try col de la bonette even printing us a map out of which roads to take. We took his advice and weren't disappointed (you can't beat local knowledge) Wonderful hotel and if we are in the area again will definitely be staying there.

We arrived in Albergo della ceramica on recommendation and it fulfilled our expectations. Owner of the hotel let us park and leave the van in his garage for five days until we come back from the trip although we stayed there only first and the last night in large and comfortable rooms and that have all that is necessary. After delicious and big buffet for breakfast we couldn`t start one of the motorcycles and the owner again stepped in and found a local shop that has certain battery. Such kindness and care you can find only within bikers or this great hotel family that made our trip perfect.

I came to this hotel after a skiing trip to Limone. The idea was to sleep close to Prato Nevoso and ski there the following day. The town is rather small but the hotel was surprisingly nice and cozy. The staff very professional and helpful.

Nous sommes déjà dormi deux fois cette hôtel pour aller au Outlet Village mondovicino. Nous aimons beaucoup cette hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très correcte. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and extremely quiet. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the hall any of the five nights we stayed here. Location was great for OUTLET VILLAGE.

Stayed here for 2 nights and what a treat it was, right from walking in we were made to feel welcome, staff were very friendly and helpful too, with advice on where to eat etc. They have secure parking which was free for motorbikes. Room was great, clean, spacious, air conditioned which was exactly what we needed as it was a really hot day. We explored the area as we had planned to do but on leaving a gentleman who I think owned the hotel came to see us saying he was sorry he didn't get to see us before we went exploring as he would of liked to give us information about where to go etc as he rides bikes himself, which was very nice. I'm sure next time we go we will seek him out as we will definitely stay again if in that area. Breakfast also was nice, good selection. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay, very reasonable too.

This was our fourth stay in this small, but excellent hotel. Situated in the gateway to Piemonte, it offers everything your heart must desire. Spacious and clean rooms, modern and stylish bathrooms, nice surroundings, and first and foremost a fantastic staff, and an owner who does everything possible to make your stay an unforgettable one. You can't go wrong by booking a room in this amazing Albergo. We will for sure return a fifth time!

Just loved this place. Spotlessly clean, amazing, huge bathroom and fabulous views from the room over the surrounding area. The staff were all so friendly and helpful from check in to check out, as well as having been good communicators before our stay and making a dinner reservation for us. Hopefully we will have the chance to return one day.

Albergo della Ceramica is a small hotel with spotelssly clean, spacious light room; there is an air of tranquility and peace, we never heard the other guests, only saw them at (the tasty and varied) breakfast. We stayed in adjoining (not interconnecting) triple and double rooms with our older children, at the end of a corridor, this worked really well. The staff are attentive and friendly (with good English). Special thanks to Sonea on the front desk for her patience and advice, nothing seemed too much trouble. The area is great, typically Italian, with bustling piazzas a short drive away and incredibly good value restaurants a short walk from the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and really loved the place.
