Booked this because of it's location between Murcia and the ferry ports. A little difficult to find even using a satnav. However we were really impressed with our room which had a lovely large bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed and newly decorated with new, ultra modern bathroom fittings. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We were going to walk into the town to eat but several of the recommended restaurants were closed that evening so we ate in the bar. Quite adequate for our needs that night and plenty of it. 2 meals with a bottle of wine was 18€. Breakfast for 2 the next morning was 7€, fresh oj, coffee and a very large croissant. We had a room at back which was very quiet, and it was modern and very clean with plenty of storage space. We couldn't connect to the wi-fi for some reason but we were too tired to care. Parking is outside and our car still had the 2 bicycles on it in the morning! Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay here again - the price was 53€ which we felt was excellent value.…
the reception is friendly, the rooms are new and comfortable. the bar/restaurant is noisy and scruffy. the ruff crowd is mainly drunken. the served food is proportional. a big contrast with the rooms.
I booked the Landhaus last minute as we were travelling from Santander to Granada but my husband had a meeting at Madrid airport on the way so we needed to be close by. Unfortunately our ferry was late docking & when I checked the hotel check in times I realised reception closes at midnight & we wouldn't arrive until nearly 1am. I called the hotel & spoke to a lady who didn't speak English. My Spanish is sketchy at the best of times so we got to a point where we weren't getting anywhere. She rang off but a few minutes later the lady from reception, who speaks English, called me back. I explained the situation & she said one of them would stay for our arrival. She then called back again to say she would wait for us & to gave directions as it's a little difficult to find. I was super impressed with the service & friendliness & how they went the extra mile to help us. Our room was beautiful. We had a junior suite & it was huge & clean & bright with a very comfy bed & a great bathroom. The hotel looks recently refurbished & they've made a superb job of it. Breakfast was in the bar & for just over €3 we had fresh orange juice, coffee & tostada with jam which was made with fresh bread & was delicious. We will definitely stay here next time we travel down through Spain. It's a great find.…
Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, staff very helpful. Good cafe/bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are vegetarian and they made a meal just to suit us which was very tasty. We would return to this hotel whenever in the area. Excellent value, lovely comfy beds, very modern decor, wifi and parking okay. Staff excellent.
Perfect hotel in this area, representing great value whilst being clean, modern and comfortable. Reception - both girls I spoke to were good with their English which cannot be said for most in Madrid itself. It's about 30minutes from Madrid centre but would be an ideal stay if you don't mind a 20-30minute drive to North Madrid
