The good point : Very accommodating staff. Superb service. Nice KTV room. The things need to improve: Rooms are big to fit 3 to 4 people. The rate is too expensive for a regular price of Ph8k a night without breakfast. Facilities are mostly under renovation. The pool is just regular but they have up to 12 ft. Food is a bit salty and most of the chouices in the menu are not available. Overrated..
The hotel building is great , room are modern and great , but I have some negative point in my point of view : 1. Room are costly, not equal the service that you receive and in compare of similar places 2. Beer beside pool not allowed , you have to pass all the way up to restaurants ( 3 level up) for beer or liquor 3. Swimming pool not clean , 4. If you wanna plan for diving solo or couple this is not good choice , not so much diver going there , mostly families , you have to pay 6000 for boat and ... in addition of dive cost 5. The service in check out is so poor, imagine that 50 people in no AC lobby in the que for check out and 12pm is exact time of check out and you may recieve so many reminder call , it can be organize by sharing check out time and preparing the bills in advance, only one staff do the check out …
We stayed at Camp Netanya for only 1 night (11 April 2022). Clean, very well presented facility, staff were fantastic but facilities were shocking. No hot water in the morning!!!! Bathroom flooded and no basic supplies you find standard in any 5 star hotel.
Went here with my family with an infant and kid. With 3 rooms, we paid for about 30k. NOT WORTH IT! If you look at the requirements, it will say children will still need to get tested. We called the hotel a day before to confirm this and we asked if they can waive the testing for the 7 month old infant. They said they can’t since there are police who checks the hotel LOL. So we tested the kids and guess what? The hotel didn’t require it pala! They said for the sake of convenience, they will not require it. WTF? Getting tested doesn’t come cheap and the inconvenience it caused to us pa. Wala man lang sorry sorry. So annoying. Hotel staff are friendly also the beach personnel who guided us to snorkel (shoutout kuya Henry!). But the reception staff is meh. Are they not aware of the hotel facilities? I asked where the ‘library’ is as stated in the website they were like “do we have a library?”. All the facilities are also closed right now except the water activities. We booked because we want to experience the spa, gym, playroom, library. We were SO disappointed. Ang mahal tapos ganyan. Picture perfect but won’t come back for the near future.…
Shout out to John John at the pool area who was our Guide during our snorkeling tour & to randy who babysit to my daughter while I'm snorkeling. highly recommend them for any tours. Poor customer service in the reception. And also the Issue in Pcr test antigen for kids they should inform us true mail that kids need pcr antigen. So we could comply with the requirement. Not the day we arrive to the hotel.its a waste of time. High Price for the room without any free breakfast. And house keeping
Location - This place is not that far from the Metro. Madali din lang syang mahanap through waze. Rooms - Rooms are exquisite. May bath tub for family rooms. Kumpleto toiletries when you go here. So no need to worry for your towels, shampoo and soap. Vibe - If you are looking for a place with a touch of Santorini, then this place is for you. konte lang tao when we visited so it doesnt feel crowed. For me, the vibe feels luxurious and not cheap. Activities - Free kayak and snorkling, so we availed those. Then he offered island hopping and snorkling ulit. We visited an island with white sand beach. pang puno sa mga pics namin. All i can say is thank you sa lahat ng staff! they will really make your vacation memorable. Food - you only have 1 choice of resto here, Greeka. i should say masarap yung pinoy options nila especially yung pork sisig. so so yung pizza and pasta nila, kaya isang beses lang namin inorder. pwede kayo magdala ng light snacks pero wag lang alcoholic drinks. medyo mahal lang alcohol, so chill lang kme sa inuman. Safety - i feel safe here.
Only a 3h Drive from Makati. Friendly staff!! A special shout out to John John at the pool area who was our Guide during our island hopping and snorkeling tour- highly recommend him for any tours and he takes awesome pictures too! Kevin who was our server the restaurant was very attentive and accommodating as well. Clean resort. Strict non smoking policy. Restaurant- Carbonara and pizza was disappointing, however clubhouse sandwich was good and Filipino dishes such as crispy pasta and pork Kare kare were delicious too. Complementary coffee throughout the day available! Service made up for the quality of food. All in all a great experience! Thank you Camp Netanya! Will def recommend this resort to friends and family.
The Hotel Staff was great! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping were very friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Jay-R who planned the trip to the island. He prepared out lunch which was great. Although the island was 30 minutes away, it was worth it to breath the fresh sea air. Loft room was comfortable for the family. Not too senior and handicap friendly . Lots of stairs to take to go to pool and to the dock. Travelled with our 93 year old father, but he managed.
Lovely resort for a short getaway. Had a room overlooking the pool. Went on a good day trip to Sombrero island and snorkelling. Food is good but not exceptional, and the choices were limited due to the covid limits.
We were set to leave the house to go spend two full days in Camp Netanya when the receptionist called us to say, “Btw you need a pcr swab test.” They didn’t tell us this when we phoned to book two days ago and now they’re giving us the run around regarding reimbursement. Just to make it clear, we would have complied to this protocol if we were informed right away.
