This hotel provides a Fantástic location for all local attractions. The staff is accomodating for any request, the food is great and the value for price is good for the área. The hotel provides a clean tranquil setting with extra activities to enjoy during any down time.

We are traveling with a tour group and had been warned that the wifi was expensive. In fact, in 14 nights, the two we stayed there were the only hotel with a wifi charge. We had also been warned that the water for drinking was not free there, another first on our trip. We were also advised that the mini...

We decided to spend 3 days and 2 nights there, was great when we realized a shuttle was waiting for us in Flores Airport, and is available to come back to the airport as well for free. The location is perfect if you want to visit tikal and yaxha is exactly right between this places, so is not to far....

The Camino Real has a perfect location for seeing many nearby ruins--Tikal, Yaxha, etc. I gave it an "average" rating instead of "very good" because it needs some serious updating. There is a new boutique hotel next door that may provide some needed competition so the owners will invest in making this property everything it could be--and it could be...

The place is gorgeous. Far away from the Tikal Mayan Ruins, near Lake Izabaal. When hotels want $10 for Internet Fee, and another $3. for a bottled water, and lay out snacks, drinks, that they plan to charge you $3.00 for, makes one want to clamp down and watch his money. I didn't plan to consume, and my credit card...

I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel twice in the past. Each time it was better! Unlike other hotels in Tikal, this one feels like you are in the jungle (near it). It's an ecological experience! The lake is beautiful, all the staff is friendly, and the amenities are satisfactory. I spoke to my wife the other day...

Just came back from it and really enjoyed it. Good food, friendly staff and amazing view. Its an eco-hotel with good accommodations. It had WIFI which is always convenient. It's right beside the lake which makes it better! Worth staying at when going to El Tikal.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Stunning property! Loved the pool and resort grounds! While this hotel isn't in the class of the other Camino Real hotels in which we have stayed, the sheer beauty of the setting makes up for many short comings.
