We stayed at the hotel attend Oktoberfest. Two adults and one child. The room was spacious and the bed was soft. Our room was suppose to have a sofa bed. It wasn't in our room. We called the front desk and the issue was resolved quickly. A cot was provided. We loved the shower. For the coffee lovers, the hotel... More

The beautiful Schlosshotel offers 164 rooms over 3 floors, radiates German high quality and has a very quiet atmosphere. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Hohenkammer Castle was rebuilt in renaissance style after it burned to the ground during the Thirty Years’ War in 1648. Castle and estate buildings were extensively restored in 2003. Hotel, restaurant and conference rooms are in... More

Stopped one night on the way home from vacation. Very nice area, although it's not in the castle You live - it's in one of the side buildings. Although their website let us know there were 3 restaurants, there was only one open this night. Might be that the others were occupied due to a wedding the same evening. The... More

Have now stayed twice as part of training courses. There are a lot of larger groups using the hotel and conference facilities in the surrounding castle buildings. The contrast between the old castle with moat and then the modern hotel is quite striking and unusual, but not problematic. Also the facilities surrounding the hotel are pretty good, with several restaurant... More

Without having reserved in advance we got accommodated even though the lunch buffet was fully booked. Service and food selection was great. Have a walk around the Schloss Park after dining - it's beautiful.

A lot of money has clearly been put into this venue to make it a major destination for meetings and conferences. The grounds are very attractive. Conference rooms in the castle have pros and cons. They are well-appointed (beamers, supplies, etc.). Thalhausen, on the (European) first floor is a very attractive and spacious room, but on a hot day it... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in October 2015 whilst attending a business conference hosted at the hotel. Hotel and grounds are very picturesque, very modern hotel itself, with modern architectural style which contrasts with the older style buildings. The bar and restaurant were very nice. I did find the menu very German and not much was to my taste,... More

I stayed there for a 1 day event. The rooms are a tiny bit out-dated bit very clean. The breakfast had a very good selection of fish, meat, fruit and bread. The best is the spacious architecture. I definitely will include the Schloss Hohenkammer for future events.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days for a business meeting. The hotel is an excellent mixture of classical and minimalistic modern architecture. The room was superb, comfortable and clean (minor negative point the bathroom ventilation that was exceptionally noisy and kept working 10 min after switching the lights off). The hotel rooms are supposed to be different in... More
