Lovely stay for a night for an early morning airport run. A special mention to Sarah who was extremely helpful, accommodating and efficient. She ensured a quick and easy check in, noted our room had only been made up as a single (so extra towels were needed), & answered all our queries without hesitation. A wonderful asset to the company.

Stayed here night before flying out of east midlands airport. Was a lovely stop over for the price we paid. Check in staff were lovely and our request for a disabled room was met. Room lovely, clean and spacious. Had the services down stairs where we was able to bring food back to our room. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

After arriving late at the hotel to check in. Rachel who was on reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We arrived just after midnight and had to check out at 3:30am to travel to the airport. I asked for a taxi number so could book a taxi to hotel for the morning. She wouldnt let us book ourselfs and insisted she book it for us as could see how tired myself and partner and 8 year old child was. She even phoned us to confirm that the taxi was all booked and would meet us outside at the time we needed. So friendly and polite. A pleasure to deal with and is a great asset to travelodge. Definetly be using this travelodge in the near future!

I stay here every Monday and Tuesday staff Ian is a wonderful guy he is very helpful and friendly always smiling any problems he sorts it out lovely rooms very clean everything on your doorstep I would recommend you stay here nice place 10 out of 10

We booked 2 months in advance before our holiday on 28th March 2022 from EMA. We thought we got a bargain at just under £60 for 2 rooms as their was 7 of us. We stayed for one night here on 27th March 2022 for our early flight the next morning. Ideal location as its based at Moto Services which is ideal as its only 2 mins away to get to the airport by car. On check in, it was quick and easy, we had to give out our car reg number to get free parking as you only get 2 hours otherwise. We got given rooms 114 and 119 which is based on the first floor and you have a lift to use or stairs. On entry to the room it was very light and spacious and clean. There was a double bed and 2 single beds on each side of the room and a large window where you can view your car if you parked in certain spaces like we did. It was a warm day so we opened the window to let in some fresh air. In the services was places to eat such as Greggs, Burger King, Costa coffee,M&S food Hall, KFC, plus a a couple more places. We got told if we show our Travelodge key at Whsmith, Costa coffee and Burger King that we get 20% off the price. These shops are the only shops that are open 24 hours inside the services. We planned to go to bed early, because we had to be up at 3am. Around 8pm we got our heads down, and surprisingly you could hardly hear the planes landing or taking off at the airport just a faint rumble outside. Unfortunately we had trouble getting to sleep, I heard my children trying to get comfy and I struggled to get comfy. My husband could not use his CPAP machine because we had no plug sockets next to the bed. Basically we all struggled to get the sleep, because we could not get comfy, the room was too warm so I opened the window, the beds was very hard and uncomfortable. At 11pm we was all still awake. I started with back ache from the bed being so hard. There was no spare Pillows as the Pillows was very thin I had to put towels under my pillow to prop me up a little bit. We all only got around 3 hours sleep in total which was not good for the children. When we got up at 3am I was glad because my back ache was so bad. I went on holiday with a bad back due to the bed at travelodge. All in all I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again, we know it was budget price but every Christmas I stay at a Travelodge for 3 nights while I spend the festive season with family at Manchester and I have never had any issues staying or sleeping there. …

Great value stay for east Midlands airport (4 mins drive). Free car parking and discount at the outlets on the services. Room overlooked services but little noise. Reception desk very friendly and great at explaining which outlets were open 24 hours and where you received discount. Room clean and tidy

A short taxi ride from East Midlands Airport Room was clean and modern. Great shower facilities! Staff were really helpful, even printed a ticket for us! Convenient to late night shops/eateries. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night on Saturday. I didn't have high expectations however I was very surprised at how great out experience was. For just £24.99 for the night plus £3 wifi, I was expecting the worst. I was so wrong. The room was so clean, smelled great well ventilated, facilities were great, staff to kind and friendly and went above and beyond. The wifi reception was so fast and reliable. Usually I go for premier inns but there expensive ranging anywhere for £64 plus this is a bargain and offers excellent service exactly the same as Premier inn but for much cheaper. I enjoyed my stay that much I've booked another stay with them again on Tuesday. Absolutely excellent service.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Despite being next to the motorway it was very quiet. Ample parking available that was included in the price. Food outlets available from the early hours of the morning until late at night. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Easy access to the motorway and only a 5 min drive from East Midlands Airport.
