We had a trip to Hunter valley recently. The potters brewery is a good resort . I didn't had any noise issue like others are complaining but experienced Blocked toilet , dirty and smelly carpet on room, no internet although they advertise free WiFi. Restaurant close to early for dinner(9 PM) even on weekended. Overall nice resort from outside but...

Had the opportunity to stay overnight at this venue with my wife recently. The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was very large with a huge shower. The bed was comfy and the curtains were able to keep the morning sun from interfering with a quality sleep-in.....which, when staying at this Brewery, is a no brainer. For negatives,...

Being able to book 1 weekend night accommodation in the Hunter Valley is rare. Most accommodation will only take 2 night accommodation in the Valley. Price was ok and room was spacious and clean. Complex had a brewery and dining room, food wasn't cheap, but was ok. Was good to be able to walk from room to pub for drinks,...

My wife & I decided on Potters as a midway pitstop from Canberra to Brisbane & were very impressed with the quality of the accomodation, the friendly & hospitable staff during the brewery tour & for dinner & next morning breakfast. We would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking for Hunter Valley/Winery getaway or holiday spot - well equipped...

Great Hotel with resort faclities ..large clean rooms, friendly staff and perfect location for visiting Hunter Valley Wineries and Gardens. A few little problems though.......they should not advertise Free WiFi in all rooms when it is not true. only some rooms have wifi. also connecting room doors have a gap underneath., this means you can see light under door and...

Thank you for taking the time to compile a review of our wonderful resort. We do have WIFI available in all rooms however in rural areas such as Wine Country Hunter Valley signals are sometimes weak causing black out zones. This is why we provide it as a free service it can be problematic to the area. Although we try...

We stayed for 2 nights and didn't use the pool or tennis court as we were in the district for a wedding and to visit the wineries. Pros: Bedroom: beds were comfortable, TV worked, tea making facilities with fridge and toaster. Bathroom: clean but not modern. Cons: Bedroom: couldn't get the windows to open so had to use the aircon,...

stayed here for 2 nights in February. As it was mid week and we called in on spec rate was reasonable. we had a studio room, good size bed and bathroom. However the colour scheme is beige/cream and really needed to be redone. Fabric chair was stained, carpet was also stained and cream kitchen units grubby. The bedspread did not...

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay in a King Villa. We are constantly updating our rooms and are currently looking into replacement of our lounge chairs to leather. They currently are silk and can mark easily. We have taken on board your other comments regarding colour of our rooms and shall review this in due course. Thank...

Stayed here for the weekend when unfortunately a concert was on at Hope Estate. Room rate is inflated by approx $100 per night because of this. We booked a Queen suite and picked up the key a little early as we had a lunch and dinner to attend before heading back to Potters. We were not able to access the...

Thank you for taking the time to review our resort. Yes unfortunately an unforseen event took place with regards to the previous bed in the room and required immediate replacement. These type events can not be predicted and our reception staff failed to mention this to you at check in, for that we apologise. The reduction in rate was due...

Had great conversation prior booking the room. Very fast responding and very helful staff, thank you! Same friendly approach we've got as we arrived. Wasn't expecting anything fancy from resort at brewery complex, so left the place satisfied. Of course it's not a 5*place, but they are not presenting themselves that way either. True is that the rooms are little...
