Chosen Hotel Da Fine for a weekend in mid-September, based on the good reviews on TA. The expectation did not go disappointed. The room that we were allocated was in the main building, small, but functional and spotless. The breakfast (included) is adequate for a two-star hotel (there isn't the salty side, on request some slices of cheese and ham are provided). The follwing plus are particularly valuable: - at the reception there's huge amount of brochures on attractions and activities available on Elba island: a common practice (for example) in Britain, but not as widespread in Italy. - In a facility at the annex, walking on the path that leads to the beach (less than 150 m.) the customers can pick up (and return) umbrella and sun loungers for the beach itself. - you can have meals in eaterie "Osteria del nonno" a few steps from the hotel, with the 10% discount. - 70 m. away from the hotel there is a reserved parking. Price for two nights in a double room: 140 euro. In essence, we loved this hotel for a weekend and we can imagine that it's appreciable even for longer periods.

We spent 5 days in this cosy hotel mid of June with a "flexible" full board deal. Our room was relatively small considering we have a little kid, however it was very clean and with a little balcony. In addition, sky box and free wi-fi are provided. The bathroom was spacious and with a nice shower. Breakfast was pretty generous made mainly (but not only) of sweet things, such as cakes, biscuits and so on. We had lunch/dinner in the restaurant most of the time. Quality of the food was good, although not at a standard you might find somewhere else. One of the strongest point to recommend this place is the vicinity of the beach, only 2 min walking, and the kindness of the staff. Would definitely go back next time we will visit Elba island!

A small family run hotel in the centre of Seccheto with good access to the beach. places to eat and shops. Good hotel parking close by with unbrellas and loungers available for use by hotel quests on the beach. We had a comfortable room (although small) with adequate en-suite facilties and a small balcony with table chairs and sea view. Typical continental breakfasts with varied well prepared evening meals. Very friendly management and staff.
