We have stayed at sani beach numerous times now and it only keeps getting better. The service, the location, the food and attention to detail is second to none (so much so, we actually got married here a few years ago!) Everyone made our stay there brilliant, but a special thanks to George Kobitsakis, Tamara (front of house), Vasillis, Roman and Thanos who made our stay extra special! :)

I visited Sani Beach back in September after first visiting in 2019 and was a little worried that sometimes return visits arent always as good. How wrong was I. In fact, it felt so much better, second time around. I travelled with my daughter in law who was visiting for the first time and she was highly impressed with everything that Sani has to offer. We were made to feel both valued and special from the moment we arrived right up until our departure. Our room allocation was spot on and they had taken onboard my mobility issues so thank you for the kindness shown in this respect. We visited the Garden Theatre most evenings after our meal and the shows that we watched were of a very high quality, the performances and the outfits were first class. As in many other reviews I must agree that the staff at Sani truly embrace everyone who visits and as good as all the facilities are its the staff who deserve such high praise for their commitment to their jobs. Every single member of staff showed outstanding commitment to their job, well done to each and every one of you. Particular mention to Andrei at reception who looked after us when we first arrived, Dimitris and Andreaa in the Verandah Restaurant who`s management skills are beyond brilliant, all the bar staff in the Ammos Bar for some of the best cocktails I have ever had, simply supberb, and Laura in the Spa who was extremely professional in her appraoch to her work, thank you. Really cant wait to come back and visit you all again in 2023. I didnt think you could improve on perfection but Sani Beach has proved me wrong

Our family holiday to Sani was incredible. We don’t usually chose a resort and made the change following some fantastic reviews and media coverage of Sani so we wanted to check it out for ourselves. We chose to go in October because it is so much better value (despite the risk you take with the weather). That way if it didn’t work out for us, we wouldn’t feel completely disappointed which we would if we’d paid summer prices. That said, after visiting I do actually think it is worth paying a higher price in summer - we got an absolute bargain and service, food etc was incredible despite it being out of season. Firstly the positives. The resort is beautiful and incredibly clean. There are so many inclusive activities it kept our active family busy enough to not get bored. There was only a few activities with extra cost such as the water sports, lessons, diving, football academy and tennis court hire/lessons. The resort is vast with 5 hotels and a beautiful marina which you can wander round and it never felt crowded despite being booked out for a couple of days we were there. Every staff member we met were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The food is amazing. We were full board and we used tried many restaurants and used the buffet restaurant plenty of times too. We are foodies and we also have a couple of picky eaters in our family but every one of us loved the food everywhere we went. The cost of wine, beer etc was a little on the high side but no more than a London hotel (around £10-12 a glass of wine). Bottled water was in plentiful supply in our room and at the buffet restaurants. The kids club was also brilliant and amazing that’s included. Our kids don’t usually like kids club and decided to try it. Once they had been once they went back every day - they loved it! As we booked direct with Sani we got the free private transfers from the airport 1 they were on time and in lovely clean Mercedes vehicles. The transfer was 50 mins approx. Very easy. It really was a lovely holiday and we are already thinking when we can get back. There are a couple of things that slightly spoiled our holiday. The first thing was how cold the pools were. They talk about the pools being heated and this was one of the main reasons we booked the resort. With it being an October break it was important to us the kids could swim as the love being in the pool. But of all the pools (5 in total plus splash and baby pool) only one was warm-ish (the Ammo’s pool) and thus had everyone in whilst 4 other pools were empty with no-one in them. This was such a shame and made getting loungers round the one useable pool really difficult between 10am and 3pm. Please please get better heating system for your pools Sani beach! Even the small ones such as the kids pool next to the main pool. It’s definitely needed in October even if 22 degrees outside. The other issue we had which left us exhausted by the end of the holiday was the noise in the hotel, leaving us with having not much sleep. The maintenance started before 8am each morning (such as the street sweeper and some spraying machine for the trees). Assume that’s because this time is quieter and easier for the team but it’s quieter as people are trying to sleep! The main issue though was the other guests. There are so many inconsiderate families at this hotel who come back late in the evening or for our and about very early and didn’t do so quietly - kids are shouting and running up and down the hallways, parents calling to them as if it’s the middle of the day. This went on till about 1am then started again around 6am. Additionally the bathroom vents seem to connect to each other so when in the bathroom you can hear EVERYTHING from anyone in the neighbouring bathroom. This could be loud at night too. I’m not sure how much soundproofing Sani beach can do but maybe some signs up asking people to be quiet/considerate of others at certain times of night would be useful. As a result we would not book Sani Beach again, but would go to one of the other clubs such as Sani Club which appeared much quieter and less ‘neighbours’ to worry about being loud. Overall an amazing stay and we have the following tips: - book kids club well in advance and for each day you think you’ll need it and cancel where you don’t need a booking to allow others to go - it’s amazing how many people didn’t show up and others missed out unnecessarily so. Also take swimming kit, water bottle and change of clothes to each session as sometimes water play or swimming. The timetable of activities is on the gate to look at in advance too. - Book tree top challenge in advance - it’s highly popular and brilliant fun (and free!) - If you struggle with booking restaurants the sani concierge is brilliant and very quick to make arrangements for you. Number given on checkin. - The pharmacy onsite is natural remedies so remember any paracetamol etc you may need as may be difficult to find in the resort. - Grab duty free alcohol on the way for pre-dinner drinks in your room. Mixers are reasonably priced from the market at the marina. - The tennis coaches are brilliant - book early as it’s popular and if you have time sit in the sun and enjoy watching a game. - Daytime cruise felt long at 2.5hrs and we didn’t get to stop to swim as cold in October nor did we get refreshments that we expected. If going again I’d do the 1hr sunset cruise.

Our 4 generation family stay was fantastic! The staff were all amazing from those who managed the reception and guest transport to those who cleaned the rooms or worked in the many splendid restaurants. In particular, Anna Balakina, our Suite Collection Concierge was amazing. She ensured that we were all looked after from our 1 year old grand daughter to her 89 year old great grandfather. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious and the complementary water was really appreciated as the weather was beautiful. The way the resorts are set up, including the shops and various activities, makes it extremely easy for guests to get around and take advantage of what they have to offer. Our standout activity was hiring the Sani Riva for a morning. We had a really wonderful time due the care and attention of Massimo and Marianne and I fully recommend the experience! Overall, we all had a truly lovely time at the resort and I cannot recommend it enough.

A bit of a delayed review. We stayed in June 2022 at Sani Beach. We had debated between which of the hotels on the Sani resort to stay at and Sani Beach was the cheapest and had great reviews. We weren’t disappointed with our stay. We had a beautiful time and the service is excellent. As a couple - we made the mistake of visiting during school half term and it was REALLY busy with kids. Our fault as it is a family resort and we had timed it badly. Unfortunately, the “adult only” areas of the pool were 6 sun beds located further away from the pool, behind the sun beds with children. It would be great if they could change the smaller pool by the beach to adults only to cater for all. We mentioned the busy-ness to the concierge and they couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating - they helped getting us access to other hotels on the resort for the day and use their quieter facilities. Later in the holiday we found Bousolous Beach bar @ Sani Beach and ended up plotting there in the day time as it was a great vibe and quieter than the Sani Beach pools. The Sani Resort really is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond. We were half board - the half board only gets you certain meals at certain restaurants or a €20pp discount on food - which sounds fine but the prices of the food have definitely been supplemented with that (a caeser salad was at least €28 euros wherever you went) - so keep this in mind when debating your food and board options. Overall - it is an expensive resort but you do get what you pay for and it is worth 5+ stars. You are treated like royalty by all staff and nothing is too much to ask. The staff take your feedback on board and really want to please. I understand why it’s now been rated the best resort in Europe!

This was our 5th time to Sani Beach and I really thought it couldn't get any better, but it’s exceeded expectations again. It was such a delight to see the familiar faces and greeted by Tamara with a smile on her face and a kind word. She is amazing at remembering names of past guest and the finer details which makes you feel very welcome. As usual, Tamara has been outstanding in looking after us, sorting out our room reservation and making sure that we were totally satisfied. I was disappointed to hear that Thanos had moved as manager to Ikos and thought he was irreplaceable, but Krykos, the guest relations manager now - YOU’RE THE MAN. Krykos was exceptional. I cannot praise him highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with all aspects of our stay. Thank you so much Krykos you made us feel special. I want to also say a special thanks to Teo and Kostos at Poseidon, they were also fantastic in their customer service, Pascalis at Grill by the Pool who looked after us, the girls at the bar especially Vivi and Stella and Yannis in charge of the bikes, It always feels like you are returning to see old friends you haven't seen for a while when you come back to Sani. Sani you have been amazing…until next our next trip.

This was our fifth time at Sani Beach and, at a time in the world where everything is chaotic, Sani takes you away from it all If anything, they have elevated their first class standards. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good time. Cannot praise Sani Beach highly enough but it is the staff who make it Quality on every level

Yacht 1/2 trip - amazing adventure on the sea with Thonasis, Nick and Jenny. Great crew - we were totally looked after - highly recommend The O’Leary family

Gianni Stella Bike Center was super friendly and helpful with the Kinderwagen. We got a carell m22, clean and looking almost unused. The price of ten euro was fair and well spent. glad we came here! Thanks!

We have been coming to Sani Beach for several years now with our family and, despite the fantastic facilities and good food, it is the staff that we think really make a difference. There have been numerous occasions where they have gone above and beyond but one member of the staff has particularly stood out: Tamara Elbakidou. She has helped us out with a number of issues in the past and she also spent a significant amount of time sorting out a tricky restaurant booking problem that occurred (it was just a technical fault I think but it was then difficult to arrange things for us as we were a party of twelve). Tamara made numerous calls whilst I waited and eventually sorted it all out - all done with impeccable manners and a smile! I truly value this level of service and it is because of this that we will be rebooking to return here.
