Everything you need in a small hotel. Spacious room with modern bathroom, with bath and separate shower. Superb breakfast, ample choice and well presented. Lounge for late night drinks. Wonderful, helpful staff. Centrally located in the High Street. Will hopefully return.

I would suggest you email the hotel directly on salutation topsham. co.uk as not all hotels look at TripAdvisor regularly. But just to help a little from London you would get train to Exeter and change at St David's or central station and take the exmouth branch line to topsham. The hotel is a five minute walk from the station. I would guesstimate the distance from centre of Exeter is about 8 miles
