We spent 4 very comfortable nights at Swallows Eves and found it very clean and freshly decorated. Everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful and friendly, especially April. We enjoyed the fluffy white towels and tea making facilities in the bedroom and the fresh fruit for breakfast. We explored Colyford and the people in the Post office and at the...

We've just returned from a 3 night stay. Dorothy was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us to our room, which was clean and well presented. The hotel has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and is small enough to feel you're not just one of the crowd. Breakfast was first rate! The shower was also rather good (powerful and hot)....

We were visiting relatives nearby and stayed one night only. We had a very warm welcome, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower room was also bigger than many I've previously experienced. Breakfast was very enjoyable with good quality fresh produce. I will stay here again.

Situated very conveniently for both Lyme Regis and the coastal village of Beer, this charmingly simple and scrupulously clean B&B ticks lots of boxes. We only stayed one night while travelling through and appreciated the quiet and modern comfort with a lovely view across the downs. A freshly prepared, high quality breakfast overseen by Dorothy concluded the experience very deliciously...

A conveniently situated and welcoming hotel. Dinner reservations need to be made well in advance in high season. Breakfast is excellent. It is near a good raod for getting to nearby attractions, but our room was not at all noisy.
