Great for young families. Staff are their assets. Tiana and others who run the kids club were well liked by kids. Chris ran evening entertainment and was friendly. The chef in main restaurant would bring sweets for kids. Food is a bit blend for us spicy food loving brits but plenty of choice. Rooms are good size. Only issue I had was that our bathroom was adopted to make wheelchair friendly and hence had no shower screen. That meant after every shower there was water all over. Water park was great! Pools were cold in October but tolerable once you’re in. My kid had his birthday and he was so pleased to be called on stage and got the medal and certificate. He still has it in his room. Cleaners noticed birthday decorations and left sweets for him. These small touches made our trip so special. We will return.…
Fantastic hotel. Very clean and modern bedrooms. Brilliant staff except one lady on the reception. Lots to do for the kids and San Miguel on draught. I have stayed all inclusive lots of times in various hotels and this is up with the best. Someting for everyone. The only downside is people smoking next to children and there should be smoking only areas near the stage areas.
Fabulous hotel great for kids ver clean entertainment great. Would highly recommend . Rooms very clean maid comes every day . Lots of choices for food . Wine on tap and pop and larger self service. Would go bk again.
Been here couple of times now very good for young children with the water park and entertainment staff always found it very clean staff very friendly and polite Rooms clean and tidy night time entertainment just basic Food good and plenty beech has been cleaned and large rocks removed so you can now go in the sea quite easily now taxi’s are very cheep busses are easily assessable top off road not much to do in local area Lidl top off the road would recommend this resort
Excellent stay. Lovely room looking onto the pool. Good choice of food. Nice themed restaurant overlooking beach where you are able to watch the sunset. We were at the quieter area in Cadera. Plenty water slides etc for children.
A fabulous hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. There are quite a few restaurants and supermarkets close by. We didn’t visit the hotel restaurant….ventured out instead. Would return again if the hotel price was as good value as this visit.
Excellent food. Useless beach. Disastrous uncomfortable beds. Good pools. Good base for visiting Sevilla, Grenada, Cordoba, Malaga and Andalusia generally. Better to rent a car than wasting time for organised excursion.
would not stay here again blood on walls in stair well reported several times still there dusty rooms ants everywhere rude bar staff to busy talking to lufe guards freezing cold pools kids were coming out with blue lips same food most days
A very nice clean hotel, with excelent service and nice pools/ slides and sunroof at the Beach. The allinclusive buffet was super and just a very nice hotel to hold your vacation. At the evenings there was entertainment for the kids, and at the sametime u could enjoy a drink or cold beer.
Firstly the site pictures need updating. They show the hotel in it’s prime not now. The rooms are tired and for a four star hotel the room facilities are poor. We didn’t get the room we requested we got a veiw looking at the metal work of the slides which was disappointing. We had no towels provided which we did ask for but didn’t get them till late day two. The bathroom wasn’t clean especially the toilet. It was nasty and smelly with crusty wee around the fittings and seat. There was no tea/coffee making facilities which you would expect as standard in a four star room. No bottle of water provided. The room decor was tired. And the floors under the beds were not clean. We had a few staff be very rude and their English was very poor, which made getting things across very difficult. The outside eating areas had no wasp traps, and so we had many wasps, and flys around our meals whilst eating outside. Some people were very upset by this. Pool area was very slippy, and I fell once fortunately just brushing. I had food poisoning for 2/3 days at the start of my holiday which wasn’t nice at all. The food was never kept hot or temperature tested once put out. Only freshly made items were hot. Foods were very repetitive and many guests ate out because of this. The beach wasn’t the best as it’s a large stone shore so for unsteady walkers/bathers it’s difficult to enjoy the sea. We had a guy who threw up in in the pool multiple times.. the life guard was alerted but did nothing, so I informed pool users who vacated the pool. I personally wouldn’t go there again especially after finding TUI had charged different guests different prices for the same stay ranging from £680 for five days family of three to our £1800 for 7 days family of three. I will be complaining officially to TUI as this is unacceptable. …
