We came to the island with few expectations, and we were definitely not disappointed! We were looking for the authentic feeling of staying in a beach cabin on a bounty island, and that was exactly what we got. While I can recognize some critics towards the state of the cabins, ours were clean and spacy and relatively bug free, and... More

Koh Talu Island Resort is perfect sanctuary to get away from the crowds and hustle and bustle that comes with most tourist destinations in Thailand. This place is a perfect hidden gem. It is worth every cent. The staff are so friendly, so willing to go out of their way. The food is plentiful and delicious. The cabin we stayed... More

this place is great really a get away the only reason he doesn't get 5 stars is the bed condition of the toilets and the problem that thereis power out 2 times a day in 9:00 and15:00 for 2 hours but all other things are great especially the squid fishing tour and the food at the restaurant also the staff... Our family of four spent two nights on the island. From the very beginning the staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. The island is beautiful and there were different excursions to do(snorkling, trekking, squid fishing). The snorkling was just ok but that has more to do with the climate changes than with the island, however it was still fun to do.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our short vacation breaks recently and we have made the right choice! The resort was just 4.5 hours drive from Bangkok plus 15 mins on the speed boat. You will be easily this type of Island Resort only in Southern part of Thailand where it require an airplane and boat but... More

I was a bit wary from the mixed reviews here on Koh Talu and so I only booked for a one night stay. I have to say most of the positive and negative reviews are spot on. It is a beautiful island and you pretty much get your own beach after 2:30 when the day trippers leave. If you’re coming... More

The perfect escape from crowds of tourists. You have the beach more or less to your self. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is possible to do short excursions like fishing or snorkeling, but you can also do scuba diving. Great place to relax and enjoy a little peace and quiet in... More

Stayed one night at Big bay, deluxe room, booked by western tours. Ok accomodation, nothing too special- but you're not here to stay in the room. Glad we didn't go for the villa, as the manager (who by the way is a very bubbly, sweet guy) told us if any spiders on the island- they might be in the villas... More

We booked 4 nights the in march 2015, and after 1 hour we really regret. This is a island which is really "raped" and spoiled facilities/accomandations. We hade to leave the island the next day and find other much more níce places for 1/3 of the price. Several couples from different countries left the island as well. The owner of... More

The private resort in island with full service of activity, food and water + some beverage. They have many activity availble for you like Kayaking, squid fishing, Hiking to viewing, snokling. The sea is clear with the private beach. I recommend you to stay there and relax for 2 night package and you will love it.
