The hotel is a very old heavy building with decent modern touch, stunning views from huge windows and helpful and dedicated staff. Breakfast and dinners are delicious and served in relaxed atmosphere .

Splugen was our 2nd day end point (Andeer to Splugen) of the Via Spluga hike. The hotel is very unique and beutiful, and has a stunning view of the village and the nearby mountains. The rooms are quite dark because there is not enough lighting and windows, but the overall expeeience is good. We also has a nice dinner at...

Beautiful hotel - renovated but keeping the traditional features . Food delicious, and served in a room with picture windows with views of the valley. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and Splügen is great for walking in the summer.

We were booked into this hotel by a tour company and it came as a glorious surprise. It's a 15th century house, brilliantly modernised, but keeping the old woodwork and characteristic features. The bar and restaurant is in the old stables and hayloft. The restaurant and terrace have the most beautiful view on the village, valley and mountains. One of...

We arrived late in the evening, managed to check in just before the Kitchen closed ! Hotel is 14yrs old and has been renovated from an old Farmhouse. The wooden planks are original on the floors and each floor is uneven. We had a room on the 2nd (3rd) floor, no TV, no heating, bit even with -5,5 C outside...

unorthodox and beautiful historical hostel. mixture of modern and antique elements. spartanic furnished and spacious. great restaurant; small but very well set menu card with regional and seasonal cuisine. great view. recommendable for people looking for unconventional! the only point of criticism half-open toilet box in the bedroom.
