Booked a last minute midweek 2 nights here and it was the best decision I have made of late! Second visit long overdue - thanks for the perfect break, the highlights were the one to one yoga with the awesome Danielle and the great spa treatments and of course the simply divine food. A bonus was a great group of...

Those that remember the TV show "Cheers" the slogan was "Where everybody knows your name" and "You are made to feel welcome", this is the best description I can make. When we went there, we had grand plans to take tours into Byron and Lennox Head, but we could'nt drag ourselves away from the magnificent food and service. From the...

It's not a huge boot camp type retreat and there is no pressure for you to partake in any of the scheduled activities - unless you want to. There was also no obligation to arrive and leave on certain days - flexibility around my work...

Accommodation of the highest standard. The spa facilities and the extras such as morning yoga and Pilates add additional benefit. I cannot speak highly enough...

Paul & I were most fortunate to have won a holiday package to the Gaia Retreat & Spa. July was our chosen month seven days away from the New Zealand winter. A retreat and spa experience to remember. Loved the tropical surroundings. Our unit was spacious and very private. The meals were amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all exceptional. Staff...

Gaia is a place where you can go and feel at home at once. Everyone working there perpetuates the feeling of calm and serenity that is a part of a visit to Gaia.
