The hotel is very interesting and the Art Deco aeronautical theme is good fun. The rooms feel slightly dated but are comfortable and spacious. If you are visiting the Northampton area it is a good option. The breakfast was reasonable and we ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was pretty good and not too pricey. The portions... The Aviator Hotel is quite an interesting place to visit, but I am not so sure about staying after two sleepness nights. The problem that the hotel has is that, even though it is deep in the country, it is next door to a company that seems to spend the whole of each night breaking up pallets. The noise was... More

Initially booked for one night because it was close to the social function we attended. After further thought we decided to stay for 2 nights to give us a chance to explore. really glad we did as we were able to soak up the atmosphere of the aerodrome as well as visiting the canal museum at Stoke Bruerne and the... Room fairly basic but comfortable. But perfect for its 3 star rating. Comfortable and clean. Coffee and Tea and biscuits provided. Hairdryer. Bathroom had liquid soap dispensers. Hand soap and Shower caps. Could get very hot in summer as no air conditioning.

Still lovely, keep expecting Poirot to appear. The décor is unique, and if you like to know the history of the place you will love it. Since the last time we were here the food has improved a great deal, and it was really excellent. The lamb was to die for. Highly recommend

We were here last Saturday. Have to say this is one of the best places we have stayed at. The Art Deco finish is first class. The booking in was easy and quick. Bar staff were good and there were a number of them so no waiting around. Restaurant was small but nice. Tables a bit close together. Services was... More

You should not visit this place. The owner recently told a group of people with disabilities and there carers he is not social services and people with disbilities are not welcome. Forget the art deco nonsense the only person dated is the owner. Best you search this online before you book. This incident should not ve allowed to go away.

We stayed two nights to experience the art deco era. The room and service was excellent. The cost was very reasonable and below that of some B&B's we have stayed at. We also took the opportunity to visit the air museum which was excellent.
