This hotel is quaint and right in the center of town. It is an older hotel that is clean and has character. The Desk Clerk, Karen was so helpful. You were greeted with a smile each time you walked in the door. We needed to extend our room stay due to our flight schedule. There was absolutely no problem in...

I wen there for a couple of nights, I should say that everything was clean and is a really quiet hotel , perfect for having rest. They also suggest to keep the water and clean towels, which I think is perfect, since Whitehorse is a place full of nature and it´s mandatory take care of natural resources. The staff is...

I have no fault for the Town and Mountain Hotel. I have asked for a quiet room prior to check-in and I got a very quiet one. Our room was very clean and aerated. The location of the hotel is right in downtown Whitehorse, access to eateries is easy. I'll come again here.

The hotel staff is very friendly. We wanted to park our bikes outside the hotel at night but they offered to store them inside the building in the...

I stayed here for three nights with my husband last week. The hotel looks a little tired but it was a very positive stay overall. We were on the third floor and as others mentioned, there is no elevator. Like a previous reviewer, our room faced the back alley. Only once did any street noise ever wake me up, but...

Because it doesn't look very fresh but the room was large enough and very clean, wifi worked well, people at the reception desk did well, price is decent and location is excellent. Plus we were allowed to check in much earlier than the normal time. Some people report noise from the street but we were at the back of the...

Yes, this is not the Fairmont hotel, but its a friendly, comfortable hotel that does not pretend to be anything that its not. Its a value hotel right in the centre of the action in Whitehorse. The rooms were recently renovated and were clean, comfortable and new. From the dishes to the new bathrooms, I appreciated the work that went...
