This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've been traveling for over thirty years around the world. To simply explain my experience would be horrible. My wife had to avoid the drunks and drug additics in the hallway who just glared. The fire alarm went off twice while we were sleeping. The smell was awful and they had...

We stayed at this hotel when we visited Whitehorse for watching Yukon Quest last winter. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is well equipped -large flat TV with 120 channels.microwave,fridges,etc.It is just 2 blocks away from major attractions. The restaurant located right beside hotel lobby serves wonderful local foods. It was a really wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply horrible... Stayed there for 5 nights. Not once did they come and clean the room, no towel change, no vaccuming.I advised them at day 4 asking for a new towel: "Oh! you didn't get one?" "No, you have never come around to clean the room..." "Really? Oh..." Hallway carpets are covered with sand and dust, 6 tiles missing in...

i have stayed at this hotel every august for the last 7-8 years. NO AIR conditioning. Second floor rooms get warmer from flat roof, but first floor rooms have foot travellers outside windows that MUST remain open. They will lock motorcycles in drive in basement garage. staff is excellent. Plenty of ice for cooler. VERY clean in rooms, but facility...

I arrived after midnight from a long flight. After I checked in and paid, I was told that there was cable and possibly no heat or hot water in my room! Keep in mind it's was at least -30 outside. When entering the room, there was hot water but no heat or cable. There were two small portable heaters. However,...

Terrible. The smell in the lobby is killing you, incredibly bad. I had the window open for the most of the night, I almost froze to dead, but for nothing. The washroom is a disaster, moulded caulking, dirty shower curtain, like in a horror movie. The worst night that I ever spend in a hotel in my life. I believe...

Nice location and a good restaurant. My bedroom was located in front of The Yukon River with a really nice view and near good restaurants and café. About the northern lights, you can rent a car at the airport and go to the Fish Lake and wait for the lights!

This is the worst hotel that we have ever experienced - dirty, smelly, and full of argumentative drunks We went to our room and wouldn't sit down - a smell of smoke, dank air and general air of despair We called the next place we were staying in and luckily they had a room available and came to collect us...

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating but that's where all positives stop. Walking in the hallway of the second floor is like walking into a horror movie. It smells, it's dirty, and it gives a very bad impression. The first room we were given was worse. I think we walked in on the scene of...

We stayed here two times within a period of three weeks. The first time we had a room on the ground floor, carpet and beds looked like the room had been subject to flooding which gave it a very unclean impression. The second room on the upper floor looked better, but still filthy. Therefore two points only, for lack of...
