Stayed in their actual suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was nice but when we went to fill the tub it took like 2hrs to fill with the trickle of water!! Then to the shower after the jacuzzi ordeal and it was scalding hot and could not be made a reasonable temperature. We had booked on Hotels.com which I would...

Dear Guest, I am so sorry that your stay with us was less than satisfactory. It appears that we definitely failed you when it comes to water pressure and temperature in the room you occupied. My staff and I reviewed each of your comments and have taken appropriate action to resolve the issue. I am also very disappointed to learn...

Good Value for your money. Rooms are clean. The only issue I had was with being so close to the fire door and people coming and going and letting it slam shut as they came and went during the evening and night. Everything else was okay.

The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly but the standard of the hotel was not impressive. The pictures are very misleading and I regret choosing this hotel. Perhaps my standards are too high and this is meant to be a budget hotel? I wouldn't stay here again. Pros: bed was lovely, parking was very easy, good wifi, TV in lounge...

This hotel is conveniently near the trans canada highway. The suite was very comfortable and roomy. The king bed was very cosy ! This was a lovely room! It had a separate living area with frig and microwave and TV.

Booked a spa suite at very reasonable cost in my opinion. Two rooms - living room with couches and tv, bedroom with king bed and tv, jet tub, fridge, nice tile shower, nice shampoo and conditioner. Free gift basket with snacks and water! Also had two dogs and a toddler so pretty happy with the experience. Windows looked into back...

Stayed three nights while visiting family. Fair rate, dated rooms. We were only there to sleep so we didn't look for the restaurant or pool theme. It was close to downtown. Would stay again. Pet friendly for an extra cost.

I thought the room was very comfy. Very happy with staff and rooms. Could have used free breakfast of some sort. I booked here because it had a pool but I could hardly use it because one family with 4 children under 12 were doing bombs and summersaults all the time. There needs to be no children in pool after...

Poor hotel, nothing like they show on pictures, very old, smell very bad, smell bleach everywhere. Person rude in front desk. The bath towel looks like sand paper, really disappointed because the price is the same as good one, not recommend

As two young female professionals travelling for business, we spent 1 week here in March and encountered no issues whatsoever. We stayed in a nonsmoking room with two beds. My husband, adult daughter, her dog and I were travelling from Alberta CA to Nova Scotia by car and stopped here for the night. Our main reason for booking this hotel was because it was pet friendly. It wasn't bad at all. It was what you would expect for a pet friendly low budget hotel.
