Good reasonable price, comfort, hospitality and very clean. It is not my first time there I will sure rebook an an other stay!! Very, well located for a stay in the beautiful Eastern Townships region: Lots of activities around (Considering the pandemic!). Great food (Take-out only considering the situation). Enjoy! Mario...
We were two couples - one couple had a kitchenette and the other had a regular room. Interestingly, the kitchenette was only $2 more than a regular room. Both rooms were uniquely furnished in old European style. The rooms were large and the beds were super comfy. Free wi-fi, coffee, etc. Good value.
As a musician, I love the type of motel where you can pull right up to the door and unload without lots of doors and steps. The old-fashioned feel was attractive. This place is very charming and the receptionist was very sweet. Hotels.com made a mistake on my reservation, and she gave me a better room for the same price. She also recommended nearby restaurants. The location is on a busy thoroughfare on the outskirts of town, so it isn't scenic, but inside the room was surprisingly quiet. The room was fine-- clean, reasonably updated, and comfortable. Breakfast did have meat and eggs as well as croissants and yogurt-- well worth the 5 dollars. I would definitely stay here again. As an older single woman, I'm sensitive to the creepy vibe, and this hotel felt homey and welcoming.
Room needs updating but was clean and comfortable. Good location right off of Route 410, off 112, Restaurants close by. Had problems with the locks - key didn't work and had to have attendant open the door each time we came in. Desk clerk was very helpful but the manager was hesitant in giving us compensation for our troubles but she finally agreed to give a $10 refund.
The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with frig, coffee machine. Free wifi, great cable. Excellent value for very inexpensive lodging. Office staff polite and efficient. It looks a little run down on the exterior, but rooms are great.
The room was adequate and ok. Clean and tidy, with coffee machine , fridge and air con but the whole complex appears run down. DIY appearance when pull up to the room door. Staff were friendly $5 breakfast, was continental and good value. Was good value for the one night stop over.
location is ok hotel rooms crap and old red every where and painted sheepes on the walls carpet in hallways and rooms stink and smell rotton bugs, flees, ticks, spiders, every where in the room bathroom not sanitized at all no soap, or shampoo, cleaning service complete crap never came to clean room if you leave after 10 am and had a do not bother before on the door they don't come back to clean room owner says it not her fault blame the front desk which the front desk have nothing to do with it it is her responsablity to keep the place clean matresses in hallway and stairways exterior chairs in hallways put it this way it looks like crap hotel never again will a book there the room stink of cigarette and also stink of urine this hotel should be shut down and get major overall done to it the floors on the second floor crak and when you look outside you see the rotton wood es[ically near the kitchen so i really don't like to see what the kitchen looks like was there for the 5 and 6 of may and left the 7 changed room 3 times from a smoking to a not clean to a bug infested room never again will go there and not recommended to anyone and the price of this hotellerie in not worth it it looks more like a motel that they truned it to a hotel to be able to charge more…
Came here to stay after our trip to foresta lumina. Quick and friendly service, pretty large facility. Lots of rooms and different types to choose from. Has a pool and free wifi and cartoon channels which suited my kids well. Really close to all the good restaurants which is a plus. Would totally book here again.
We stayed for 1 night on our way to Quebec City. The room was very simple and basic. There wasn't anything special about it: it was an adequate room for the night. The room was clean. The room was decent for a night. They had a night club ouside the hotel. We had to walk though a wall of cigarette smoke from the people outside the night club to check in. This made check in extremely unpleasant
We were looking forward to a return visit and weren't disappointed. Had requested a ground floor room due to mobility challenges. We were assigned a lovely room with full kitchenette behind the main building. Very spacious, queen-size bed, nicely appointed room & clean. Stable, free wifi appreciated. Desk clerk recommended nearby restaurant for lunch (or dinner) Brasserie La Seigneurie. Amazing! Separate review. Self-serve breakfast in main building was simple but lacking juice and maybe choices for eggs. Were impressed by the focus on preserving the environment including a blue box for recycling. Will we return? Absolutely!
