The staff's customer service was not as good as I would have hoped for, Sara was giving a lot of attitude but that changed when I asked for her manager's name...The breakfast girl was not very pleasent either..but...

Footsteps from the Bike Trail, close to Les Chutes Montmorency and bridge to île d'Orléans. If you can live without a gym/bar and opt for an in-house spa and café instead, enjoy paying half as much. Room, flooring and bathroom seem new and clean. Bathroom compact, but sleeping area/floor area is spacious.

Took the popular room, the cheapest. Freshly painted/decorated, clean and surprisingly spacious. The location of the hotel is super. You are beside the highway entrance and you will be donwtown Quebec City in about 5min. The pillows were too thin for me. Staff were super nice, they gave us 2 more pillows. You can book massage and buy tickets for...

All in all, it was a typical hotel offering a comfortable night's stay. There wasn't anything superb about it. I would like to mention that front desk employees are knowledgeable about the area. We were only there for one night and we booked ahead through a third party website. Room was ready when we arrived. Only thing that kinda bothers...

Overall a pleasant experience. I never reserved in that part of the city but was surprised by the price difference with other hotels closer to the heart of the city but 2 to 3 times the amount that the littoral charge. Even if the continental breakfast is not your thing, several nice restaurants nearby offers full breakfast options.
