This place all the charm of a basement apartment. Whoever decorated this place must have an aversion to colour. Black/White and tugboat grey are the stylish motif here. If you're stuck having to stay here, stay away from rooms 101-106 which are in the basement. The brightest spot was the breakfast was "OK" but not stellar. The staff did keep...

Hotel was clean, but room was very small. No elevator available for guests and we were on the third floor; therefore we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. Staff was friendly, noise was minimal. Not very close to anything. Took a taxi to Old Quebec, was 12$ each way. Overall it was an average experience.

Our family stayed here on a trip across the east, only because it was one of the only hotels that had vacancies. We wouldn't normally spend this much, and we've stayed in much nicer hotels. The first thing I noticed was the Bleach smell. Seems like a pretty old building. The rooms have no frills, at all. No microwave or...

My boyfriend and I were travelling to Quebec City and wanted something near Old Quebec. Upon checking all the reviews, people said it was fairly close to Old Quebec so we booked. Please note this hotel isn't THAT close to Old Quebec. We had a car nonetheless but it would have taken time to walk the distance. The hotel room...

The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We arrived very early on the morning of our check in and they stored or bags for us while we went on a bike tour. The breakfast was more than we expected and allowed us to save money for other excursions and activities. Itès location was ideal with 30-40 mins walking distance from...

My work booked me an econo room, and it was a closet. I barely fit into the room with the curving wall. There was nowhere to work on my computer, I actually had to sit on the floor. There was less than a foot of space between the bed and the wall. I wouldn't stay here again.

Booked this hotel at the last minute and was very happy with our accommodation as my wife is very picky. It is not a luxurious hotel but is well maintained. My wife appreciated how the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The continental breakfast was good but there was no hot food. Parking was free and there is a good...
