Located at the beginning of old Quebec city with walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants ad shops. The hostel is very neat and organized. The rooms are very large and spacious (including the 8-16 bed mixed gender room). I was not impressed when one of the employees barged into the dorm to send everyone out because they have to...

I hadn't booked anything before arriving in Quebec, and this was the first stop on a shuttle service from Sainte Foy train station. I'm so glad it was! The hostel was in an ideal location - all of the main Quebec sites were in easy walking distance. Close to both the bus and train stations at Gare du Palais. Staff...

This location is great! The staff were really friendly and I even got a free breakfast! (I think it was included in the price, but I forgot so it was very exciting) The rooms were really nice and everywhere was really clean! The front door was really heavy though so I made a fool of myself the first night I...

The location is mazing, the structure is huge and good. The receptionist could be clear about the location. And information to visit the attractive could be more clear, about the all alternative and leave the guest choose what they want. And about the price the bill was not clear enough to me.

Having stayed extensively in hostels as a couple, this was our first time doing so with our toddler. This was a great place to stay in a private room as a family, even having a toy chest in the dining area. Like many HI hostels, it's pretty big and feels like it, but the common areas felt very homey. Plenty...

We stayed at this hostel for two nights in a mixed dorm and had a great time! Location is awesome!! Staff were nice and accommodating. Dorm beds were on the smaller side but plenty comfortable. Swipe card access to floors and rooms. Own lock required for dorm lockers. Facilities were clean and we appreciated the newer showers! Towels are included...

I stayed at this HI hostel on my first trip to Quebec. I was looking a good budget place in the old city and was very glad to find this place right in the center of things. There are dorm rooms but I paid extra for a private room with shared bath. The room was small but very clean and...

Quebec city isn't a big city but the staff of the hostel is helpful, the hostel located in a nice place and besides the fact that you shouldn't expect more than a hostel, it is overall a pleasant experience to stay there.

If you're on a budget, this hostel is a good option; mainly young travelers opt for this one although I did see a couple of senior citizens which was cool. Located right in the heart of the city. Clean rooms and washrooms. There are about 6 bunk beds in each room. Great customer service, friendly staff. I lost the room...
