the pictures of the hotel are nothing like the actual rooms, plus be aware that there are different buildings for this hotel that are not equal. If you stay in the Acadia building it may still be okay but Louisbourg or Ermitage building, are not 3 star hotels. When you book for Acadia hotel you might end up at the...

We are sorry to read that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us. Let us assure you that we take our customers' reviews very seriously as they help us know what we have done right and what we could improve. First of all, since our hotels are located in century-old buildings, all our rooms are different and have...

Located "intra-muros", all the attraction of the old-city are accessible via a 5min walk. It's also really easy to walk back from rue st-jean after some drinks or a nice dinner. Regarding the hotel itself, the room was clean and offered a nice mix between modern and vintage decoration. The bathroom was one of the nicest we had during our...

Previous reviews have established that the hotel is nicely located. Also, if you're afraid of stairs or walking, you may want to re-think a visit to Quebec City. Our room was spacious enough for 3 people to manage. Travelling with carry on these days you hope for a few amenities in the room but there was only shower gel and...

Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trip Advisor. We always like to receive feedback from our guests as it helps us to know what we do right and what we have to improve. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Pictures shown on the website, are not the actual rooms. Jr. Suite was 2 rooms. The second room had a bed too. Great if you have kids, but otherwise, a useless room and not worth the money. The standard room is small. Front desk staff were not friendly at all....

Old and in need of a tune up. I do understand that the building is very old by Canadian standards but paint and new carpets go along way to making the place feel a little more at home. The staff was friendly, the location good, just not what you get if you stay in the lower part of town near...

If you like an older location then this one is it. Great location....walk to anywhere. Everything is updated and our room on the fourth floor was like a suite. We had a full kitchen and a huge room. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Fourth floor is up a very winding staircase so make sure you are...

Would definitely recommend this place. Rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable and staff was helpful. My wife and I enjoyed the historical ambience of this old building. It truly feels like you being transported to a city in Europe

The GOOD: Perfect location for walking to every upper and lower city attractions. Insulated windows eliminated all street noise on the very busy Rue St Louis. Breakfast card was good at the restaurant next door. The BAD: RM 272 was not at the address we booked so we had to drag our luggage a couple blocks and up stairways. The...

This is what I received for $576 CAD (twin room) for 2 nights: (1) 3 pm and no room service unless asked; this was despite having the sign up on our door for room cleaning from the morning.
