I stayed at the Castel du Monde with 4 friends, we were in QC for a union conference. The staff at this B&B were wonderful, helpful and kind. It felt like a home away from home, much nicer than a hotel in my opinion. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quaint and clean, the view was spectacular (...

Finding this B&B was great luck! The house has an old world eclectic mix of furniture and decor, and was very comfortable. Jolanta was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, I didn't see a speck of dust. The house had a guesthouse feel to it - you could refresh supplies yourself, as needed, or request it. The...

On top of the mountain with a spectacular ocean view. Located close to down town, walking distance to everything. The decoration is very mid-century and you feel like you are the princess living in the castle. Stuff there are very helpful and polite.

This is a very lovely and quaint bed & breakfast right in the old Quebec area. Wonderful location to all the sites in the city. Yolanda was very helpful, we arrived at 10:00 a.m. from our cruise and was able to join other guests for coffee/tea and leave our suitcases so we could enjoy the city before our room was...

I try hard to give honest reviews and found this one to be a close call. We had a top floor room with our own door to a third floor balcony overlooking the St. Lawrence, Chateau Frontenac and Old Quebec. The stairs were a long walk up after a day of walking, however, we knew what to expect to no...

My girl friends and I visited Quebec City to celebrate my 50th birthday. We spent 3 nights at the Castel du Monde and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt like we're staying at one of our close friends' home. The rooms were big, clean and decorated very nicely. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, nuts, cheese, bread and...

My significant other and I felt so fortunate to have chosen this B&B for our very first visit to Quebec City. Yolanta was so welcoming on our arrival, had keys organized for our room and for getting in the main entrance. We had mentioned that we needed no more than one flight of stairs as one of us had difficulties...

Jolarta makes you feel right at home, even from planning over the phone to arrival. She was so pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful, clean, spacious, great breakfasts, and location is perfect. We were there in July for several days and have wonderful memories and experiences from this trip. We plan to return there again and have told all...

We spent 4 nights here and I am very glad that out of all the options in QC we chose this one. Our hostess was gracious, friendly and very helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned, the decor is very eclectic, fun and interesting. Breakfast was good, lots of fruits, breads, meat and always a hot dish. Our room was up...

We stayed at Castel du Monde for 4 nights. We could not have chosen a better B&B! The location is perfect -- in the heart of the upper town in Old Quebec. A short walk (under 10 minutes) will get you to many of the best tourist sights in town. Just a block away you will find plenty of great...
