Our experience at Castel d'Amérique Française was absolutely wonderful. Our hostess was charming and helpful. The room was elegant and comfortable. The breakfast was consistent with a European Continental breakfast. We were within walking distance to all of the sights of Quebec City. We couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend Castel d'Amérique Française.

We had a very large room right at the top of the first flight of stairs. It had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our wine before dinner. The rooms were clean and very well equipped. Our room had some very bright art and decorated very Parisian which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a different...

I stayed in Castel du Monde with 3 friends for 2 nights. It is charming place with character. We arrived late and the hostess left us the keys which was not a problem at all. The house is nicely decorated in antique 19-th century style. The breakfast was very good with cold cuts, bagels, cheeses etc. There are 2 or...

We arrived and our keys were there. The reviews said there were stairs, which would be no problem. But we were at the top. The stairs are all of incredibly high, incredibly steep, and incredibly narrow. There was nobody to help us out. The room was old and needed some renovation. But the stairs were dangerous. We called and offered...

Perfect location within the walls of Old Quebec. Owner was friendly and helpful with any request we had. Breakfast was good, however after a few days stay we were ready for more variety. The terrasses on the 2nd floor was wonderful. We spent a few nights there and enjoyed the view, sipping on a nice glass of wine. We had...

From the moment we entered the B&B the owner greeted us with a smile and we felt very welcomed. Every time we saw her she would ask about our day and how things were. She was very knowledgable about the city and the men in our group wanted to go golfing so she helped find the men a golf course....

I chose Castel du Monde based on reviews on Tripadvisor. Beautiful in all ways. Hostess, rooms, location, food, ambiance. Breakfast was elaborate and versatile, Room was spacious, and comfortable, the bed, oh my. When we left, I stood in the room and said "I felt like a queen". The best shower I have had in decades! Love the powerful shower...

On our recent trip to Quebec City we had the extreme pleasure of staying 5 days at this beautiful B & B. Our room was as advertised with a pleasant eastern setting which caught the beautiful sunrises. Breakfast was more like a brunch with a multitude of food options covering anyone's specific preferences; similar to what we experienced in Paris....
