We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018. It’s a charming 10 room inn just inside the walls of Old Quebec and a convenient walk to all the tourist attractions. The owners are lovely, gracious people who go out of their way to ensure...More
I found a fine Auberge run by a French-Cambodian Family in a Property dated from the 1642’s. There are only 10 Rooms in this Auberge divided in three floors. Breakfast is a continental affair, but Lunch and Dinner offers Oriental food, especially, Cambodian, Thai and...More
We enjoyed our stay at Auberge La Chouette. The room was clean and comfortable; the beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included. The hotel was older and the rooms were only accessible via a winding staircase, so be aware of this if need be...More
My stay in la chouette was fair. Whoever gave 5 Star “excellent” reviews is outweighing location and perhaps had a more personable experience to make the inn memorable. The positive- the rooms are clean, the location is convenient, the area is quiet, great air conditioning,...More
This hotel is located just inside the walls of old Quebec, making it an ideal, place to stay if you want to explore both old town and downtown. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet this area is at night. I did not need my earplugs,...More

Parking is at a nearby hotel, only minutes by foot but a longer way round by car due to the one-way systems. There is very little room in the car park but it was safe. Not sure how much it cost between $12 and $15 I think. I think the hotel was called the Petit Hotel but I may have remembered this wrong.

There is some parking on the street but Le Petit Hotel is a good place to park and not far away. You turn right immediately after coming out of the hotel and down a small street that is the distance of the length of the hotel and another behind, cross the road and Le Petit Hotel is the second down on the right. The parking lot is just below the hotel. These hotels are small, boutique type. If you can arrange parking at Le Petit Hotel before hand it may be the best way to go. As others have said there isn't a lot of parking, but the staff at the hotel are very helpful and will give you the best advice. We had no problems and were there at a relatively busy time. Once you're parked you'll probably spend your days walking through Old Quebec City, it is a close knit area and easy to get around on foot.
