Our group had bought 18 room nights at the hotel and on the last day we asked for a late checkout of 1.5 hours on 1 room and were refused because of no apparent reason except that check out is at 11.00 AM and staff had to clean the room right away. The hotel was far from sold out that...

Hotel has insufficient parking, and the snow removal is less than adequate. We were sent off to another building nearby to park. That is unacceptable. The entire lobby area and elevator were very dirty. The were enormous sal and slush stains on the reception carpet and lobby area. The elevator was dirty. The room was nice, but I had nowhere...

What a surprisingly charming hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and well planned. The desk rolled out to a nice size and it was well lighted. The staff was great speaking both English and French handily and open to questions and directions. Housekeeping staff were plentiful and the rooms cleaned nicely upon return from the day's outing. IF you had...

We stopped there without reservations for an overnight stay while en route in January 2015. I had been to other Jaro hotels before and liked their relaxed atmosphere. This time we didn't need the pool and garden of hotel Quebec so I decided to give it a try. Conveniently located in Ste-Foy near the bridges, shopping malls and restaurants, the...

This is a nice and cozy hotel. Small yet comfortable and it has an easy-going atmosphere. It’s just a place for simple and comfortable good night rest. Morning breakfast is simple and basic. It is an open space between two rows of rooms, glass panels on the roof let in the morning sun light – nice.

This is a very modern hotel with wood floors, modern lighting and a window blind that rolls down on a track and very efficiently block out the light from outside making the room very dark, perfect for sleeping. The hotel is also very quiet. The bathroom is modern with a sink on top of the cabinet and a walk in...

I drive a charter motorcoach all over the USA and Canada. I've been to a few hotels in the last few years. I don't get paid to lie or sugar coat anything. I'm going to say what's good and bad. Let's start with the good. The room was nice. Comfortable bed, nice rockers and nice work space with fridge and...

I have been to Quebec city a number of times, for different reasons, I prefer to stay at a reliable hotel where I know what to expect for a reasonable price and convenient location. Every stay has included a comfortable room with tv, wifi and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is located on boulevard Laurier, one...

Our team was booked in the hotel for 2 nights. There were about 28 in total staying in maybe 10-15 rooms. Great location, very clean, as expected for free breakfast, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit and yogurt, coffee and teas, can't complain. Pool was good considering. Rooms very clean and modern. Check-in was a breeze but had to sign a waiver...

“Want really-really good quiet, get as high a room number as possible .. not the floor .. the room. 345 is better than 301. This puts you outside the atrium area. While not the end of the world if you overlook the atrium it does get started early in the morning when they put out breakfast (and you were looking to sleep in)”
