There is not a room service at all. Your choice is restaurant next door but it is not part of the hotel. Room is ok but bare bare minimum of everything. New TV that ok bed is ok and nice balcony but not ironing board or iron. Maybe net time some better one close to mall sainte Foy

This is the destination for business travelers whose boss pays for the trip because the price is quite low. But of course, you get minimal comfort. I really appreciated the warm pool though! It's just that the bathroom is a bit old, but still very clean. I appreciated that the floor was not carpet! No breakfast included, but the hotel...

The location of the hotel was great as it was on the main road and the tourist attractions were nearby. The staff understood English, Quebec being a French city, which came as a relief. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was an indoor pool too. Definitely recommended.

Travelling with a tour group from Ottawa we were informed 1hr from arrival that the hotel was having problems with their staff. We were informed by the tour guide that some of our rooms would not be ready on arrival. We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a demonstration outside the hotel. Some of our fellow travellers we...

If you are looking for suite style rooms with kitchen at great value then this is the place. Free underground parking is useful in this well located hotel, 10 minute drive from city centre and 20 mins on the metro bus which stops right outside the hotel. Laurier shopping mall is opposite hotel with 25 eateries and 350 shops. Three...

The rooms are nice and clean and the service is very good. We had a car, but the hotel is on the bus line to the old city. It has a pool and gym. Also. Refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. The balcony leaves a little to be desired.

Hotels in Quebec are pricey so this hotel is good value out in the suburbs. Great bar and restaurant next door, went for desert and coffee. Lovely selection. Bit of a walk to get breakfast, not any shops close by. Hotel shop doesn't open early! No freezer in the room so we left an ice pack with reception. They couldn't...

I've stayed in a lot nicer nicer places for less. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Very dated and smells funky. Lower priced hotels offer coffee in the morning, not this place. They don't even restock the coffee in your room. I have a room with a kitchenette and it is not well equipped at all. Small and dirty....

I assume Hotels in Quebec old town ain't cheap so unless you have a fat wallet you may find yourself off centre in a place like this. Hotel is on a two lane freeway out of Quebec with quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. To get to Quebec it is either a Taxi or a Bus. Was told a...

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel while sight seeing in Quebec City. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very helpful. Elevators are a little on the small side, but we didn't have any problems. We had a King room with a balcony on the 9th floor. Room was a little dated but very...
