When we first booked with this hotel it was all about the location. It is an easy walk to pretty much anything we wanted to do. Be prepared though... there are many hills inside the walls of old Quebec and some of the are pretty steep. Although I was prepared for the small rooms and old building I was still...

excellent central location; very quaint and cosy - just what you would expect in an ancient walled city with tons of character and charm; room was tiny but that was expected and "fits" with the character of the place; friendly staff; everything worked; recommended for romantics without big expectations.

I stayed here for work sight un seen. I was pleasantly surprised. Great location right in the heart of the old city, the rooms were really nice as it is an older hotel. I would definitely stay there again for work or personal.. The staff was great, I am not bilingual and there was no issues with it. They offer...

Title says it all really. Everything is perfectly OK and decent. It's a place to rest your head after a long day and as that it's fine. I wouldn't want to spend any protracted amount of time in the relatively small room with very creaky floorboards and thin walls but it serves a purpose. The location is without a doubt...

We spent our 35th wedding anniversary get-away here and LOVED it! Is is right in the heart of everything you want to see in Old Quebec. You register next door at their sister-hotel( Hotel Champlain)-it was quick and easy. The staff were very accommodating to my lack of French-their English was perfect. :) I asked many questions and they were...

When I booked the hotel they said $139.00 a night but after taxes, parking, and valet fee it's over $200.00 a night! It's in Old Quebec so it's in a good location but no view and no amenities. Everything is extra except the toilet paper.....maybe not! Still cheeper than most and the room is very clean with no smells!! Want...

This was the only place I could find when having to alter my work trip a few weeks ago and it was a great little place to stay. The building is old but the rooms are in great shape and very well maintained. I spent 3 nights here and it allowed me to roam around the old part of the...

The hotel was in a great location, only a couple of blocks to the main street but it itself was on a quiet street up on the hill. There's no front desk at the Hotel Jardin St. Anne, you go next door to check in at that hotel. They gave us a coupon for 15% off every meal at a...

Stayed 4 nights, July 16-20. 3 lady friends, in one room, two double beds, room #1, ground floor, very back, side to the garden. Didn't Like: Front Desk is in hotel, directly next door... No issue for us, but would be in foul weather. Toilet had very little flushing power... Nothing done while we were there, at check out they...
