We are truly sorry to read that your stay at our hotel did not fully meet your expectations. It is not in our habits to offer an experience like the one you describe. As you said, we actually are in a renovation period in order to offer a modern establishment to our customers. It saddens us to read that the...

EXcellent location; walkable to Fort Frontenac; Pay extra for a beautiful view of old Quebec. Some updating done. Decent size Rooms with laminate flooring ( but I would Prefer carpet). Cons: no fan in bathroom , bed close to "Expired", VERY expensive parking. Troublesome tv; no nearby supplies

Had a late brunch with friends. We were eight in total. Food was really good. Locally sourced and super tasty. Our waitress was very kind and helpful in taking care of dining needs as well as a knowledgeable tour guide, pointing out interesting land marks as the restaurant rotated. Highly recommend it!

The pictures speak by themselves! The room only had neons lights. A cushion was missing on one of the armchair. Worst of all, the toilet was disgusting. When we showed the pictures to the receptionist, there was nothing that she could do.

We went there last summer. The hotel has all been renewed. The rooms are great with wood floors. Very comfortable beds. It is situated on the Grande-Allée which is directly where the action is in the old town. It is a bit pricey but worth it. There is an underground parking, for which you must pay, but parking is hell...

I stayed at this hotel last February during Quebec Carnaval. Well situated in old Québec, it has undergone modernization. The rooms are clean, comfortable and you get a great view of city. If you can, try the restaurant on top which moves around and gives you multiple views of the city. Close to bars, cluster, restaurants and Carnaval activities. Going...
