We were here for six nights. It is an excellent location for visiting inside and outside of the city walls. It is an old property. We had a shared bathroom and toilet but never had a problem when we wanted to use it. The floor had a couple of different levels in the room but to be expected for an... More

was not informed of road closure due to cycling race when I called hotel for availability. I booked and then informed that the roads were closed and check in was delayed to approximately 6 p.m. Why would a senior, a widow, a tourist from Ontario, driving alone, want to enter a city with road closures. I soon as I said... More

I was there for a full week, Sunday to Sunday in a single room. The room was too small, so you could barely move in it. The bed takes up 7/8 of the entire room and the bathroom is a joke. It looks like it's been a closet before. If you look at the fire evacuation plan, you can clearly... More

Our room was basic, we stayed for 3 nights, and we selected the room with a shower and sink. It was adequate and suited our needs for sleeping. The room was old but clean and the front desk staff were friendly. If there are noisy people in the hotel sound can travel easily, however we did not really have any... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Location is perfect for the old town. Service was friendly. Stairs are steep (with heavy luggage). Room is small, the shared bathroom was (kept) clean. Bed was on the tiny side and some what hard. Breakfast for small surcharge surprised us. Perfect hotel for a short stay. Value for money.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is perfect, within the walls and a couple of blocks from Chateau Frontenac. Had a room on the 4th floor with a shared bathroom. Never a problem with the bathroom being occupied. Bathroom clean and shower water pressure good and hot. Room clean. No air conditioning but fan worked fine. Steep stairs so not for... More

The perfect location for exploring the walled city...walking distance from several historic sites. It's not fancy...it is clean and affordable if you are travelling on a budget. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom - a bed, A/C, TV and wifi...didn't need anything more than that. Parking across the street, breakfast in the lobby downstairs, friendly helpful staff. A... Quebec City is expensive, this room helped budget trip. Steep stairs no elevator, cozy, clean. We had room without bath. Yet bath was right across the hall and always available. Walking distance to many interesting sites. Beautiful city, sightsee, eat, sleep and speak French!

A very basic room in a good location, to suit budget accommodation. Found it quite loud at night / early morning on a street side room. I travelled the whole East Coast of Canada and was really unimpressed how I was treated here - the only blot on an otherwise perfect travel experience. On arrival, I was told of the... More
