Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Visitel. The hotel is small and reception closes at 10pm so I advised I would be slightly later and Adriana kindly stayed open late to meet me. When I arrived she was very friendly and made me feel very...More
Gteat room, sort of away from the others. Very quite. One double bed suitable for 2 persons. New renovated bath, wifi was fine. Bit pricy for a budget hotel, although ots a lot nicer than the ones that are on St Hubert.

The hotel is in a central location close to everything. Staff are wonderful couldn't have been more helpful. I had a decent size room with bathroom, TV, fridge and wifi, nicely furnished. I don't think all the rooms have their own bathroom but I was...More
Visitel is very conveniently located near the bus station and subway, and within walking distance of downtown Montreal. The room was clean and modern and had a fridge, table, TV and free wifi. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only criticism - despite making a reservation...More
The location is not that good, the neighborhood is a bit "heavy". But it's close to the town center and price is really good. The staff was really friendly, giving tips on where to go and what to do. It's close to the subway.

The rainbow pillars of Beaudry Métro Station shepherd the way into to The Village, one of the largest hubs for gay and lesbian culture in North America. With an open layout and a congenial aura, the refurbished buildings along Rue Sainte-Catherine pay a special homage to menswear and to caffeine, with showrooms and cafes. By morning, the antiquing gems along Amherst Street are packed with collectors. An incredible party
spot, The Village comes alive at night, when clubs, bars, and dance halls open their doors and the revelry is high, epitomised by the fanciful trimmings of the apropos Oscar Wilde building. From May to September, the area closes to automotive traffic, allowing restaurant terraces to pour onto the streets, creating a dynamic sense of community. Les Boules Roses, thousands of pink baubles, are hung to welcome in the festivals and celebrations, including Montréal en Arts, Divers-Cité, and the Pride Parade.
Almost in front to our hotel in an underground public parking with more that 200 places. Don't need to reserve in advance. The prices is $12 x 24 hours.
It is very safe place, the police station is also there.
