Newly renovated hotel at the heart of Montreal downtown. We used our suite upgrade certificate given to president members and our room was upgraded to a suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed for our family of three. Our room was on...More
Modern and recently renovated hotel which is pure luxury - staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely and a nice view of the city. Overall highly recommended for a smart, modern city hotel...probably one of the nicest of all the Fairmont's I've stayed...More

This is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Close to Bell Center. Underground shopping.the metro and train. The staff was helpful especially Gloria on the front desk. The room was clean. It was a quiet hotel. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel appeared to have been recently refurbished. Everything looked new. Our room, while small, was nicely appointed.
Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and bath robes.
Bar is pleasant and the restaurant served a good breakfast.
This hotel has obviously decided to focus more on business travel than leisure - fair enough, given the location. We spent two nights here at the tail end of our family March break vacation and overall we were disappointed. We were not able to receive...More
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young
professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
