We stayed at this hotel prior to our travels to Los Angeles. It is dated, however it is clean. The rooms are average and clean. The service at reception was very good. Ended up here again against my will due to company cutbacks. This hotel is cheaper than others in the area and you most defiantly "get what you pay for". The staff are rude, the rooms are extremely outdated and the rooms are never properly cleaned. My bed was not made properly with flat sheets not tucked into the mattress, the...

The hotel management wish to sincerely apologize for the delay encountered to check in, we have enough staffing at our Front Desk to be able usually to cover the needs of our operation, but it seems that this particular incident happened on a day that we were short staffed due to an absence of a staff member due to illness

We were directed to this hotel by our airline company due to a cancelled flight. The staff was stressed out and impolite towards each other. Although the room was fine, the overall experience was negative because of the lack of courtesy towards guests and between employees. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a few days in September 2012 for business purposes. I made use of the conference rooms and stayed in 2 different rooms throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were very helpful and efficient. All-in-all, very good! Thank-you Quality Hotel!

I spend one night over there . because it is not far from Montreal airport. with free parking for one week and shuttle service . All you have to do: give us a call when you are outside. the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. All right looks fine. But if you don't want to loose to much time......

The Hotel & Transportation/Parking management would like to apologize for the delay, we will have to investigate what was the reason for the delay as we have 3 shuttles that at least one of them is stationed at the Airport, once it leave another replace it, and as the hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport 45 minutes...

Stayed one night. Arrived late. Lobby looks fine but noticed the carpet in the hallway was worn and dirty. Once in the room noticed the carpet was stained and dirty. Supposedly a non smoking hotel but the room did smell of stale smoke , could be left in the carpet from the 1980's. The television remote did not function properly...
