Just returned from a 6 night stay. We were comfortable in our room (3 of us). The in-room fridge made life easier, and access to the kitchen and laundry at the auberge made our stay even better. The staff at the front desk were helpful in getting us where we wanted to go and making sure we had what we...

The room we booked we thought we had to share a bathroom not the case we had a private bathroom in our room. It is very centrally located especially if you are attending anything at the bell centre. Very clean staff is extremely helpful love this place would definitely return. If you don't need anything fancy but want the amenities...

I would echo most of the reviews in saying that the price is right. I paid $83 USD per night (room with ensuite bath) which not bad at all--especially since this hotel is downtown. I also booked close to the date of my stay (last-minute trip), so I really can't complain about the price. You do, however, get what you...

Room spacious and clean with newly renovated bathroom. It was reasonably priced . Staff were helpful and friendly. We had some problems with the power in the bathroom and they were quick to fix it for us.

Enjoyed the hotel a lot. It was in the perfect location. The wi fi worked really well and the shared bathroom and shower were clean. The room was a little warm at the beginning the weather was cool but it improved as the week went on. Cafe was good

Our room was nice and spacious for two people. We traveled as a couple and found the accommodations very nice. Staff was friendly and there is a cafe downstairs that has some nice quick breakfast options such as coffee and croissants. Price is great for the stay and the location is wonderful. The hotel is close to the bus stop,...

This would be the best bet for you. 3 minutes away from metro station. 747 from Airport drops you a minute away from hotel. Rooms are decent and you can have a...

Really excellent place to stay in Montreal. Super location - few steps from airport bus stop, Crescent street around the corner, St. Catherine street only some hundert meters, to the center old town and port just twenty minute walk. Fast WiFi, cafe facilities in the room, everything was wunderbar, especially for this amount of money.

The hotel was good, however it seemed bigger in the pictures. I would recommend staying here because it is downtown and walking distance to everything, which is very convenient! There was a little restaurant downstairs as well. We enjoyed our stay and love Montreal! Merci et au revoir!

This location has many great eating and drinking options within a 10 minute walk away. Bus 747 from the airport stops 1 block away and metro station is a 2 minute walk. Cheap price and located in the heart of downtown.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
