We only stayed here one night during a quick weekend trip to the city, but the service offered by the staff was excellent and so was our room. Very comfortable and clean, plus the location was great. Short walk into the old town, the Basilica, port and shops/restaurants.

A more modern hotel and great for business trips as there is plenty of room, desk space, and charging stations. The location is decent, though I'd like to be closer to my favorite restaurants on a cold night. In all fairness, the most you'd have to walk anywhere is 10 minutes, so the location is fine for the price. Overall...

Great property in perfect location. Near Old Montreal. Staff was very helpful . Close to the Central Business District. Hotel bar busy with Convention and Business crowds in the evening. Very close to many outstanding restaurants in Old Montreal.

I realize this is not he hotel's fault, but the "water main" construction on the street below that started before 6am every morning ruined my stay. As part of my business trip I had dinners and late nights every night of my stay and I was counting on the ability to sleep in until 8am most mornings. Nope I was...

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is ideally situated downtown. The valet parking with in and out privileges was ideal. The room had a beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. We will certainly return on our next trip to Montreal.

Le Westin nice hotel, clean lobby ok. It is close to Old Town, therefore a convenient place to stay. The management needs to check their room a bit for silly things like-- Our TVs yes both of them were not working, one had been unplugged the other the remote was not working, and the radio had been set with an...

This is a modern hotel within easy walking distance of all of old Montreal. The room was comfortable and we had good sleep because of the bed and unusually quiet climate control system. The staff were attentive and we were pleased with the service. The in house restaurant, Gazette, has a great atmosphere we thought it overpriced for the quality of...

Upon checking in it took a solid twenty minutes to find my room. When you have to take an escalator then follow a particular series of coloured dots, explained with a heavy accent, I would think a map would be in order. Room was dark, not particularly clean, with dirt around the shower, stains on the lamp, wall and ceiling....

Staying in Quartier International

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention centre and retail space with a multi-coloured glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterise the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
