The service from the staff is excellent, the food is very good too. Rooms are in dire need of updating. Furniture but especially our TV; it was a old model (large back), no HD, small screen, required cables to hookup DVD player and 3 remotes!! Location is great, close to walking trails and shopping, Tim's is a short walk away....

The room was too hot and the thermostat not working. Television audio cutting out. Restaurant food greasy, but abundant. The staff is friendly and efficient. The pool is a good temperature and relatively clean.

Great stay on a busy night in August, My girlfriend and I stayed here during a 4 day trip to PEI after deciding we'd like a change of scenery from Charlottetown. The hotel staff were helpful and we stayed in a huge corner room over looking the water. Although the hotel seemed very busy we were impressed with how efficient...

We stayed here the weekend of a big hockey tournament and there were beer games in the hallway and general rowdiness and noise until the wee hours. The rooms are lovely and the location is great but when you can't sleep it is not too much fun.

NIce stay... quiet, large rooms, with heating that worked well and very comfortable beds... and this was in one of the rooms 'to be updated'. Ask for an updated room... worth it. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Hotel was very clean and had a nice pool and spot to eat. Food was great and well priced. Only complaint was guest service was poor. Don't ask to upgrade to a bigger room. I did that and was moved to the same size room but with a microwave. Then was charged $10.00 a night more for it.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The morning waitress in the dining room was busy but efficient and pleasant. The facility is clean and conveniently located with plenty of parking.

This location was fabulous being right across from the water and near downtown. The pool was very nice and clean. The décor was tired and the beds were fine but not fabulous. Overall, the location beats the ambiance.

Had a bag banging outside room all night. Shower ceiling and calking around the tub needs to be cleaned painted. The morning buffet was cold and we didn't eat there. Other items were on, but Moore breakfast side was cold. Had a chef Chechnya it but her attitude was not the best so we left.

This hotel is outdated now with old everything--------carpets, upholstery, bedding, towels etc. The bathroom faucets are so stiff, they barely work. The superior room with the canopy bed had very spartan decorating in it with only one picture on the wall. This room is bigger too than a standard room and much more expensive. Not good at all. Heating wall...
