Booked by Internet and phone. Warm greeting and a comfortable bed with a nice breakfast to get us going in the morning. Nice fruit bowl with yogurt and poached eggs or pancakes to follow. The bathroom is shared but that worked out okay. There are two toilets on the second floor which eliminated tense moments. Nice living room with a...

This was a charming B&B although I only stayed one night. Barb was very gracious. My room was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was awesome. A cute place that I wish I could have stayed in for longer. Bathroom was clean and spacious.

My sister and I visited fro three wonderful nights at the Spillet House in June. What a fantastic little place to stay! Barb was so warm and welcoming. Her house was charming and spotless, and her breakfasts were divine. It is one of my favourite places I've ever stayed while travelling.

Charlottetown in March is an interesting time. Barb didn't seem flustered by our laaaaate night flight and eaaaaaarly morning departure! We stayed for 6 nights and every morning different home made baking was a delight. The home is from another era when solid wood was the builders material. Everything is spit spot and cosy with Barb's handmade quilts everywhere -...

I stayed here for work, for two nights, in a room with two double beds. Barb was a wonderful host and made very good breakfasts. The internet was fast. Lots of room for parking. Within five minutes walking distance from downtown Charlottetown. The B&B is also full of quilts, which Barb herself makes. The price is very reasonable. I hope...

This is at least our fourth stay at Spillett House. Every time, Barb welcomes us like an old friend and offers us a comfortable, clean, and inviting place to stay. The rooms are decorated with antique furniture and there are two bathrooms upstairs, one a full bathroom with infloor heat and the other a powder room when the first is...

Stayed for one night in late August. Before writing this I read all of the Tripadvisor reviews of this wonderful b&b, and the worst thing anyone had to say about it was that the wifi was a little slow. So there isn't much new I can say - great price, location, facilities, and Barb is a wonderful host and breakfast-maker....

Located within walking distance of downtown Charlotteville, Spillet House offers a unique mixture of charm, comfort and outstanding hospitality. Barbara sets a bountiful table of local delights and scrumptious home made pastries. It is always at then top of our list when travelling to PEI.

I liked everything about this place. The price is very reasonable, the lady who runs it is very nice, and it is conveniently close to downtown Charlottetown. I will very glad to stay at this place whenever I visit Charlottetown again!

Spillett House is located within walking distance from the city center. It is spotless clean, in a lovely traditional Canadian house; Barbara , our host, was extremely helpful and pleasant, and she has prepared a very attractive and delicious breakfast daily. I highly recommend this B&B
