In town to visit family, Randy and Stacey made it so easy to enjoy my stay. They treated me like family". Breakfast was amazing, something fresh and new each day. I slept soundly while staying in the premier room.

Spent 6 nights at this lovely B&B (2nd time we've stayed there) and will make it our preferred location for our next visit. The home is so clean and inviting, Randy and Stacey are the ultimate hosts while Dawson is totally loveable. We enjoyed our balcony for the morning sun, and the porch and parlour where we visited with other...

We could not recommend this place highly enough. It is in a quiet suburban street close to the town and attaractions, and with plenty of off-street parking. Hosts Randy and Stacey looked after us very well, with excellent breakfasts, and the fridge in the breakfast room to keep one's drinks and perishables cool was a nice touch. Also Randy's restaurant...

Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely decor, very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfasts were awesome with baked croissants one morning. Stacey and Randy were wonderful and helpful hosts. The only negative was the tv was pretty old.

We LOVED the Dawson House! Randy and Stacie were wonderful hosts! They answered tons of questions, helped us find our way around, carried our bags, sent us off with a gourmet breakfast, and treated us like family. Dawson the dog is a great host as well! We would definitely stay there again when we find ourselves in Charlottetown.

We picked out the Dawson House from a tourist book publication and were very lucky to have found a vacancy for two nights when most of the rooms were booked. We were given the Charlotte Room which was equipped with a queen side bed and a full private bath on the second floor. This is a real beautiful home built...
