Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Bathroom needs a higher toilet, roll in shower is big but water spills out a bit. Taps a little difficult to reach. Room door heavy to open. The breakfast was great. The decor was very nice and the room was comfortable. It was afforably priced too, great value. We will return.

Clean and spacious rooms, good customer service, close distance from Toronto Pearson Airport. Fine parking space. I would definitely consider this hotel another time. Small minus: the breakfast is tasteless and real cheap quality; I tried it only once.

It speaks VOLUMES when a manager won't contact you from the time you are staying at the hotel to 2 weeks later. I've left 3 messages with front desk staff that are helpless to do anything to address the problems I had. I'm not a critical person and can overlook, outdated decor, a chipped tile or even some service that...

Price was cheap to stay and breakfast in the morning was good. Our room was so small, barely could walk between the bed and the walls. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Our view overlooked the dumpsters and garbage on the ground. We weren't there for the view though. Mattress was really firm, not our favourite but some people...

Went here last week stayed in 119 King Suite with jacuzzi and I must say it was much better than I expected. Clean room, plants of towels and great breakfast! Overall it will definitely be one of my top places to stay when visiting Toronto!

Price was very reasonable. only 5 minutes form the airport. Friendly staff. Funny smell upon entering the room. Much like a disinfectant. Difficulty working the air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and functioning other wise. Solid choice for a layover. Ask for a room with a window other you could be overlooking the breakfast area - like...

Great place to stay that's close to the airport! Hotel room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The airport shuttle was pricey so we took an Uber to the airport. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping .

Check-in at 23:45 nice, greeted by name (from calling for the shuttle). Room is small, smells strongly of deodorant, water damaged ceiling. Is clean, stocked with towels, minus a facecloth. Amenities are very basic. Breakfast included is minimalist, no napkins, tablecloths or healthy options. Shuttle is no longer free.

We booked via Hotwire great price but shuttle and parking is extra so works out the same as other choices. The young lady upon check in was very nice . She was a great help. Room was clean but smaller than my bathroom at home .Although updated . Only sheers on Windows so you Mise well sleep with lights on...
