We arrived with a 2 Bus load tour group. Tour operator booked these rooms after our original Hotel in Niagara Falls cancelled all of our rooms with only a few days prior to arrival due to water damage so they stated. Firstly. The condition of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaning staff do a horrible job and will actually take your own cleaning supplies when they leave. Omg.
