The location is excellent, away from the main drag (Yonge Street), but still in the middle of everything (shopping, theatre). Room was comfortable except for the noisy heating system. Laminate floors not the best in the winter. Only option for parking was valet at $40/night....More

I hate to give a bad review but I have to keep this honest. I need to start by saying the staff are great. Front desk and manager did all they could. TERRIBLE ROOMS! I booked the hotel on Hotwire, and chose a higher star...More

I am deeply concerned about your experience at the Pantages Hotel. Your stay was definitely not up to the standards of service we strive for, and I have followed up with my team to ensure they are aware of the issues that arose...More
I stayed two nights with my wife and 15 year old son for a Toronto shopping experience. You cannot beat the location 1 block east of the Eaton Center Mall.
This was my wife's second stay, her first was two years ago. She told front...More
The Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre met our expectations and, in some areas, exceeded them. We took advantage of the offered "Show Package" which was very reasonable and included king bed, wifi, late checkout and reduced charge for valet parking. Our room was clean and large...More
We chose this hotel as it had a good reputation and was an ideal location for the theatre we were attending. Bad choice. The room is VERY tired and quite dirty; stains on sofa, lampshade hanging off and I hate to say this but feel...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
Well this is strictly applicable to the suites. We had a full stove a toaster a coffee maker and a small refrigerator and all the cutlery and dishes. The smaller rooms have small fridges and coffee makers.
