This hotel located very close to eaton center Toronto, but it's lobby poor, the staff not always ready to help you, the breakfast too poor. The room is big but old furniture, the spa not is so professional they only do the basic. In general I do not recommend this hotel at all especially you can take room in central...

It's a nice hotel but nothing to write home about. If you can get a good price, it's well worth it. If not, don't bother - there are other, much better places to stay in Toronto. In my experience, the service has been really good - I just don't love the rooms or the lame nightcluby atmosphere downstairs.

I spent a night here and really enjoyed it. Especially the little bar on the first floor. The furnishings were modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. I paid a good price too. If I had to pay more, I may not have been as happy.

Perhaps my expectations were too high: Pantages Hotel; Pantages Theatre; downtown Toronto; impressive website...when I arrived, everything I saw and experienced was just OK. It was safe and provided accommodations for the night; but there are nicer hotels and better values within a few blocks. I plan to look elsewhere on my next trip.

Was here in this hotel for a very short business trip. The location is excellent as it is right beside Eaton Center and in the downtown core - so the biggest selling point is the great location. I got a room with a kitchen (that is what the company gave me). It had hardwood floors which I didn't like (carpet...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
