Top hotel in T.O. Elegant, sophisticated with great service. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Location is in the middle of town close to everything. Food is great and the lounge downstairs is a great place to hang out in the evening with everyone from the area coming to join.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. I was a bit worried since it has undergone renovations and was the previous Trump Hotel but the decor, ambience did not disappoint. People were lovely, protocols all in place for Covid-19 precautions. Our room was clean, spacious and awesome. We had TV issues and had to move rooms - The TV was still spotty in the new room but no a big deal I suppose more family time. Our room service dining experience was not up to par for a luxury hotel and quite disappointed but the Hotel Manager was amazing in making it right and going above and beyond. Would I stay again, absolutely

Its cold and Toronto is under lockdown. Dont understand why they have shut down everything. But it nice to be here. Bit of snow. Right in the financial district, entertainment district and downtown merge. Except that there is no entertainment and no activities around. But this is a beautiful hotel with a great location. Covid protocols in place. Restaurant and bar inside the hotel is closed and so are eateries near by. Limited in room service was available though. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms.

St. Regis defines luxury and opulence. We were emailed on precautions before check-in, and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bathrooms had warm floor function which was great in this cold weather, king bed was large and comfy, and there are nespresso machine and sloane teas readily available on the snack/kitchen area. Love the convenient temperature and light controls, and staff were courteous and professional. It is too bad that we couldn't check the amenities, but this calls for a second visit.
