The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport. It was cheap but clean. The staff were ok. The driver forgot to collect us, making us late for our flight. It was ok for an overnight stay.

Quick overnight in Toronto when flight was canceled. Air Canada ran out of vouchers so I had to find my own room. Google search mistakenly brought this place up when I typed in "Toronto airport Days Inn" (apparently it was a Days Inn long ago?). I called, they had a room for $139, I was exhausted and just happy to...

We wanted to book something inexpensive to park our vehicle at while we were away for a few days. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true. This hotel is dirty. I did not want to take my shoes off when I got in the room. The carpets are filthy. The front desk staff were extremely...

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are thieves. If you make a reservation with them, they will not let you cancel for any reason, and will instead keep your money for no reason. They all will no refund your deposit.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July and found that our bedsheets had blood stains and urine stains on arrival. They changed the sheets but we woke to further blood stains that had not been caused by us and my husband has his legs bitten by bed bugs. The stains were therefore caused by the bugs! When...

I was in a jam and was re-routed through Toronto and had to spend the night. It was a last minute booking on booking.com and was charged $300 CAD about $230 USD for a room. It is close to the airport (about 7 minutes) but not as close as just staying at the airport which is exactly what I should...

Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. We were given a disgusting room, with pizza boxes on the floor, hair on the floors and shower and a toilet that was backed up. In addition, one of the two phones in the room was dead. With exhausted kids after nearly 500 miles of travel, we decided to address it in the...

If you want a place that is clean and comfortable and not to pricy this place does it well. I see reviews for customer service issues but it seemed very smooth at the service desk and the representative seemed very cheerful.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because all others were full. No one at the door to help with suitcases. Front desk didn't seem professional. They held $100 deposit for non smoking room...but when we got to the room, guess what? Room smelled awful. The countertop in bathroom was dirty. Towels didn't seem fresh. They left used shampoo...

My experience in this hotel strongly told me not to ever, ever go back there again. When I arrived around 10pm, I waited more than 30 minutes because they can't find my reservation. Then when I checked out, they over charged me with much more higher than my actual bill and it took two weeks of chasing and calling and...
