We just needed a hotel for one night because of a layover flight, otherwise we would never stay here. You can call the hotel from the airport for shuttle service (phones at airport entrance/exit) and they will come to collect you at a designated area. The hotel itself looks a bit worn out and caught in a time warp, although...

I booked a one night stay through Expedia as I believe that this hotel does not do direct bookings. Called in advance to guarantee our room for late arrival (1 am). The hotel said we were good to go but when we arrived there was no room for us. They did not offer to give us a night at another...

I used this hotel in a pinch when my flight was cancelled late at night. But I wouldn't stay here intentionally after experiencing it. The hotel was suggested by the information person at the airport as being reasonably priced and available rooms. Not being able to get the corporate travel agent on the phone at that point, I had to...

Sam the owner/manager was the rudest little man ever! I PAID and dropped in my bags in the room to meet my friends that were sharing the room with me and refused to get them from the airport because I signed in! When I argued that they are the registered guests but I am the joint guest he locked my...

We called the hotel and booked a room for that night and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and friendly and our room was nice and clean. The bathroom has a window from the shower into the bedroom, so that was interesting. There were planes taking off and landing until about 1am, but it's an airport hotel so...

I am not one to ever take the time to write a review. However after my stay at the Pearson hotel I felt compelled to do so. It all began with our call from the airport requesting a shuttle. The staff that we spoke to were rude and annoyed. From there sadly things got worse. We arrived at our room...

We arrived early in Toronto for a doctors appt . We called for an early check in, where the attitude and bad service started ! We did end up getting in early , which we came to discover the room was dirty , head boards to the beds had white substance smeared across 😳 Sink had tooth paste splatter all...

The hotel is not like the pictures at all!! Run down and dirty! Staff not friendly. Waited at the Airport for 45min. for the shuttle...we kept calling and they kept telling us they are on the way meanwhile they were only a few minutes from the airport. Bedding was stained and pillows were horrible. Good thing it was just one...

Do not consider booking here. I accidentally booked at this hotel through Expedia. I realized (my error) that I booked here by mistake. I contacted Expedia to ask the hotel to refund my deposit. Even with Expedia working on my behalf the manager "Sam" refused even though my booking was still two weeks away. The reports by other reviewers of...

Horrible customer service! They charged for an early check in time, and then charged my credit card again the day we checked out for the early check in fee again without my permission. Staff are rude and unhelpful! Management is horrible, room doesn't look anything like the pictures, it is dirty and small, and no one cleaned our room during...
