I spent one night here in October while in Toronto for a job interview. I used the complimentary shuttle from the airport once I arrived, although I had to wait about 40 minutes for it to come get me. Diane from the front desk was FANTASTIC. She was so friendly and eager to help me out, giving me directions on...

My wife and I were placed at this hotel, due to a cancelled flight. We had resigned ourselves to this before arriving at the hotel, so this review is not coloured by that experience. This hotel has a lovely foyer, but everything nice looks like it's just painted cheap stuff. It seems like, when it was bought, the owners went...

Choosing an affordable hotel in Toronto is very difficult as there is so much selection, after selecting this one, we were overall quite pleased with the experience. Though the Front Desk Agent could have been a little friendlier and clearer with procedures, check-in was a quick and painless process. The hotel appears to have undergone some work, recent signs of...

Do not book here! My experience with this hotel was negative based purely on my reservation and subsequent cancellation. I had booked this hotel and then needed to cancel. I called the hotel to cancel and after being on hold for a while, I finally got someone on the line with terrible customer service skills. The individual was rude and...

Got in around 3pm and the place looked deserted. Checked into our room and immediately found the bed was filthy. The sheets had not been changed but just covered up. We found hairs all over the sheets. Had to call housekeeping. The bathroom was dirty plus the glasses. Housekeeping came up to clean and actually tried to clean the glasses...

They just need sort out reservations in advance! If you know someone is staying then get the paper work ready!, The room was expensive for what it was, main TV was broken and bath/spa tub didn't work. The location is in a very creepy area,no shops or restaurants near by, the hotel doesn't provide food (except for breakfast) so bring...

Nice room and airport transfers but... Poor breakfast. Other comments about non existant customer service are true. It looks like you're nothing but a problem to reception. Diferences in invoices depending on clerks. Endless list.......expensive taking everything into account

The shuttle is next to impossible to find as they only put a small placard in the window. On arrival for the pre paid room my daughter was asked for her credit card to make a $150 security deposit on a pre paid room in a hotel that has no room service or amenities one could bill. She and other...

Pros: - Value for money was good specially because they had really great breakfast items. - Near the airport if it matters to you. Cons: - Bad service: firstly, before I could check in, the staff at the reception made me wait a long time while he was doing his 'paperwork'. We booked two rooms through booking.com, however they only...

Stayed here briefly for a night before an early flight out of Pearson the next morning. Was a reasonable price and room was comfortable and clean. Was not aware of $7 per night cost to leave car while away but compared to other hotels around the airport it was not bad. Unfortunately it was noisy in the hotel on the...
