Picked this motel because of pool for our three kids and breakfast provided. Arrived to find pool and spa closed. Has being for a year with no work being done on it as claimed. Complained and was given $10 off per night. We stayed for three nights and would have gone elsewhere but had already paid plus made to give...

Stayed for the second time at the same property due to convenient location and proximity to purpose of my trip. Overall good but could be much better. Breakfast is very basic with not much variety. Pool was under renovation already for almost a year. Good to stay if you have some business to do along Kingston road in Scarborough

I usually stay here whenever I visit my sister house for holidays or special occasions. It is a small hotel for those that are looking for a quite place to rest to bed down with not much to do near by. If you are driving there is plenty to do just 5 minutes away either way or you dont mind...

The hotel is old and worn out. The corridors have an indescribable smell, a combination of something rotten, cigarette and filthy air. Breakfast included cupcakes, you could make your own waffles, cereals, coffee, milk (washed out), orange juice (funny tasting). Not an easily digestible breakfast! Bed was very uncomfortable and we end up with back and waist pain. Bed sheets...

The room was in total disarray from renovation. Privacy lock had been broken off. Cigarette pack found under the bed even after we had to sign the non-smoking policy waiver or be charged $250 if found smoking. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money. You are better off sleeping in your car then staying here.

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
